Great service
Service was great. Great breakfast option and rooms are nice. TV was small and did not have great service. Pool and spas were great and never too busy. Every room had a view of the volcano but they're not straight on views. Very good hotel but you might be able to find similiar accommodations for cheaper.

Beautiful, but needs a few tweaks for the price
Beautiful hotel, 20 minutes from Fortuna airport. While the hotel is lovely and has a good location, it definitely needs a few comments. First off, the noise from the street at night is very very loud as well as noise from adjoining rooms. The traffic noise was difficult if you’re a light sleeper. Other minor tweaks include improving vegetarian selections at restaurants, better access to towels in the pool area, and pool is in need of some updates. Pool area looks and feels tired and dated. Not as nice as in photos. Many hotels in Costa Rica are very expensive, this one seemed very high priced for some aspects. Being allowed only one pool towel at a time, and being held responsible with a ticket for it doesn’t seem appropriate for this level of a hotel. Staff was amazing. Service was excellent throughout. Never felt crowded. Food was good but not outstanding.

This property was great . Best to have a car to get to town and other food options . Food onsite was good and reasonable pricing . Drinks by the pool were over priced and they try to up sell ya double's . Staff excellent . Views would be good however most of the year you cannot see the volcano unless it is a lucky day .

I loved everything about this property. Their customer service was excellent. The variety of menu items that accommodated a vegan diet. The Christmas decorations that made it feel like home for the holidays to the complimentary New Years Eve dinner, check-In chocolate covered strawberries, and fresh fruit plate we received midway through our stay. Convenient to all the local activities and walking distance to some. I'm going to miss my morning coffee on our balcony while watching the sunrise.

Had a very nice experience, everyone is so nice, great staff and services, steaks were amazing. Front desk staff have problems communicating to each other. Do not book through Expedia. I learned a lesson bc there are no refunds on any room changes. Also, if you have two couples they only accommodate three people per room. This is unacceptable if another bed is already taken anyways. This allows people to split a room costs and do more activities.
