The continental breakfast was good! The rooms were nice with a most comfortable bed. The gal that checked us in and out was helpful and totally accommodating.

Unfortunately, I found the hotel quite nice however, I felt that it really could’ve been cleaner. Obviously the housekeeping is just not paying attention.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Have never encountered such a rude receptionist. I walked in the door and first thing she stated was,”we don’t check in until 4:00pm”. I told her I could read and that was not my question. Besides the empty- parking lot not sure why they had a 4:00pm check in. I have only experienced that in Las Vegas where they have to clean 100s of rooms not 4. If the rooms are available most hotels let you check in, but not my issue. I simply was trying to verify my reservation for that night. I have traveled world wide and never experienced such a rude front desk. I thought French were rude to Americans, but this person was truly on the next level. Maybe a really bad day but not sure why it was taken out on me. I would have canceled my reservation and left from that experience based on the poor condition of the hotel, not the front desk, but had a non-refundable reservation from Expedia. Will not make that mistake again. Next night went to Pendleton Oregon, and the hotel receptionist guessed where I had stayed from my description of my experience, and said you stayed at the worst hotel in LaGande Oregon. I found that very amusing and accurate, she asked me if I saw any mice in my room like she did. Best Western across the street is cheaper and the parking lot was full.

Good value. Room could have been cleaner. Never good get into the pool and the clerk didn’t offer to help other than reprogramming my key
