this facility needs to work toward the level of the one in Baker city. Hot breakfast -no. Hot tub was closed for repairs. the locks for the rooms are troublesome at getting in the room and outer doors.

check in desk next to dining area was stacked with pile of laundry, ? clean or dirty. everything was dirty.carpets, floors in our room dirty. two or three places on walls where something was splashed., one being next to toilet. no counter space at all! in bathroom. during night a loud noice started, continued all night. the manager in am said a valve was stuck building pressure, loud hissing noise all night! we should have moved. we are both 84, too difficult. we need to be compensated. a refund we are requesting. if we don't get a response, will contact corporate office of Motel 8. Paul and Nadine Betz.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you experienced these issues while staying with us. The laundry in which you saw was clean laundry being folded we do it in the dining area in the evening, so we are near our desk for guests convenance. We are currently working on shampooing all carpets throughout the hotel, as for the loud noise during the night I am unsure as to what this could have been I am sorry this kept you awake, and I will investigate into the matter. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Super 8, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations and I will be processing compensation for you at this time.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
