Lo que no me gustó es en parte de los baños de las habitaciones porque específicamente la cortina del baño se sentía un mal olor, y esto que se tenía reserva de tres habitaciones y no puede ser que en las tres habitaciones pasara lo mismo, ojalá mejore ya que cumple con todo lo que uno puede necesitar en una estadía.

Although the beach and location were really nice, the hotel needs better management. Service was inefficient and we had to wait very long to get anything, to the point of needing to chase wait staff several times. Noisy rooms above and on both sides. Likely not a repeat stay.

The property has potential, as it is close to the beach and has many amenities. We witnessed a group of 4 adults drinking in the pool, rough playing and almost drowning trying to get out (very intoxicated); The wait time for servers to take your orders exceeded 45 minutes, at which time, drinks were not even served. The food was not fresh or heated properly once ordered. The main dining area was missing some type of music to make it a more pleasant dining experience. From the moment of check-in, beach or pool towels were not available, and continued for a couple of days. There is no gym facility of any kind.

We had the worse experience, ever. The was no hot water - we made a complain to Expedia earlier in this regard. There were cockroaches in the room. The toilet was clogged and the sink semi clogged. Nobody speaks English. The breakfast had minimal food choices and they had a person to serve at the “buffet”, but 1 slice of cheese ( and 1type of cheese option)/person for example. We had 2 rooms and came to celebrate our daughter birthday and it was a huge disappointment.
