Excellent hotel, pet friendly, valet was included with my stay. Breakfast was included as well. Walking distance to food options and close to the beaches. Would stay again.

The room was decent, room 407. The room definitely needed some attention to detail. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage around the fan. The fan vents were covered with lint which hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. More attention needs to be paid to the windows. It would have been nice to be able to open the window to get the ocean breeze however, the cleanliness has been neglected inside and out. The windows were dirty along with windowsills which had cobwebs inside and out. It would be nice to have a solid bathroom door instead of one that had a louvers from top to bottom. Not a lot of privacy since the bathroom was right next to the bed. Spacious room otherwise.

The great things about the hotel, it is right next to all the shopping and very close to La Jolla Beach. Bed is very comfortable and you don’t hear any noise from outside your room. The bad has to do with their bathroom inside the room. The door is not solid so any noise while someone is making in the bathroom the people in the room will hear it very easily. The worst thing is probably the shower, the water is very weak and honestly I felt like I was taking a shower in a 3rd world country that has a limited supply of water. I’m not sure if this Is a California problem or what but I don’t ever remember taking a shower in a hotel in any other state with such low pressure coming out of the shower head. When I did mention and complain to the front desk they did come and change the shower head but honestly I don’t think it made a huge difference. We did not look forward to taking a shower for this specific reason and that’s not a good thing.

I was so excited when I reserve the hotel. But unfortunately, they give us the second floor and they have a live music at night. It was very noisy when we went to sleep until late night.and the smell of the oil from kitchen was in our room all night long other than that the location is perfect. The room was clean and the staff were nice and breakfast was good.

Quiet room and excellent staff service--attentive and kind. Was hesitant about valet parking convenience, but the staff was great about speed and efficiency, so there were no problems. Full breakfast with lots of variety was great.

Great Clean Hotel!
Very friendly staff. Clean Hotel as well. You will see staff constantly cleaning through the day! Manger checked me in Sunday afternoon 11/17/24 and he was very helpful and allowed us to check in our room early. Would 100% stay here again. Also hot Breakfast is included and valet parking! Great price for the hotel room with many perks.
