You pay for 1 day and able check in only at 4 and have to check out before 11 am. 5 hours are stolen from you

The property has great views however the room was outdated, in disrepair and not very clean.

I thought the hotel and service was great; however, they had weddings on the roof top all 3 nights we were there and the music was loud and when the music stopped they people were very loud. It would have been nice to know this before I booked the room. All in we were paying over $400 a night and given the noise, I would not go there again at that price

The experience was terribly bad… we had asked for a different room with a beach view but we got a different room.. we are very much disappointed with the service and room..
we did not expect this bad service.. they were not ready to change the room even after requesting for a change in room..
