Endroit calme proche de San Diego
Publié le 2 déc. 2018 sur HotelsCet établissement dispose de toutes les facilités pour un séjour de vacances. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa 14. Très grande pièce avec tout le confort requis. La clim fonctionne bien. On se perd un peu au début dans les escaliers et les ascenseurs de ce grand ressort. Salon et salle à manger très bruyants.

Pour : location. staff courtesy. pool loungers
Contre : soundproofing. activities for the kids.
Emplacement : close to shops, restaurants, cove
perfect location next to La Jolla cove and the shops, restaurants. nice lobby/restaurant area and pool (though pool could be bigger). staff is very friendly though not everything is perfectl handled. Rooms seem good overall but with quite some variation from one to the other.

Only one caveat, ocean room was a truncated side view as opposed to full panoramic.
Otherwise incredibly friendly and helpful staff, free transportation within a mile and great bar and restaurant.

Ridiculously overpriced
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsAdvanced arrangements made with the property for 60th birthday + 30th anniversary + visiting 1st grandchild + iPrefer all in one visit yielded…nothing. Nothing any guest with no special events couldn’t get. Wasn’t expecting anything but still surprised they did nothing. The property is comfortable but ridiculously overpriced-ocean view, etc. all considered. Service was generally friendly, though we did walk out of the Sala room after being ignored for 30 minutes. Won’t return.

Hello,Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry this happened to you. We note all special occasions for our guests so that we can surprise and delight them to amenities or priority check in. I did not see any notations regarding a 30th anniversary trip from this week. May I inquire to the name on the reservation?
