Très bon accueil. Personnel de service sympatique. Appartement vaste et bien équipé. Secteur calme. Un bémole lors du 2ème séjour, une sorte de chaudière s'est mise en route a 6h du matin..très bruyant même si la surée était courte. Globalement résidence à conseiller

I was told by the hotel that they gave away my room after a very long day at seaworld with my daughter asleep in the car. They even emailed me earlier in the day to see if i was still going to check in. I responded that i was and received no response. When i got there they told me they had no rooms and sent me to a different hotel 20 min away and said i didnt have to pay. After a 20 min wait for the paper he was going to send me to the other hotel with, he came out with the letter which said that my reservation was being sent over to their hotel and that i was responsible for the charges. It was unfortunate because we liked this hotel. I understand this happens, but it was a very rough night.

You are correct, this does happen, however I have taken this feedback back to my operations managers to ensure when situations like this occur we are better prepared and more proactive. No easy parking and they charge $25 dollars for parking

only the property parking is not easy to park vans.

i don't approve of making someone pay for parking if they have booked a room with you.
