Ice machine not working, pool and hot tub closed, breakfast options were beyond limited, sink dripped all night, and no cable.

Posted Oct. 13, 2023 on HotelsOld. Kinda seedy. Not kept up. No ice machine. You have to go to front desk and they give you half of a container. Hot tub and pool not in service. I turned on the sink faucet and the handle popped off. It wasn’t even attached. Bed was comfortable.

It is ok for a very fast overnight but If longer I'd spend more for white bedspreads and there's an old odor I couldn't hang out with long but it was just overnight so it was fine.

I went to the hotel for the second night to stay since my confirmation was sent to me and showed I was reserved. When I got to the hotel the clerk said he couldn’t find me. He said he knew about the one reservation I had the night before but not tonight. He took my card and drivers license to see. He asked if I was sure. I told him yes. I gave him my confirmation number AFTER showing him the app on my phone that clearly shows I have a reservation. He said another name, of a man (not even a woman) shows under my confirmation number. He said he’s already checked in. He sent us away and told us to contact Expedia. Come to find out not only was I correct but he has 4 openings still showing on the site. Why didn’t he just help get us in? Or offer us a new room with a new booking and tell me to ask Expedia about my reservation afterward?
