Dear Guest, we apologize you have not feel unfriendly welcome from time check in with us. I check our video from time you check in and including showing having breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t find any unfriendly moments from our employees at all. We also understand time to time guest can’t always happy from us doesn’t matter what situation. Our employees experience are make difference so all our employees have at least over 20 years experience dealing guest with Professional Services to ALL. our guest’s. Thank you

Could not even stay here. I found the room totally unacceptable. Didn’t seem clean and furnishings were in bad shape. I didn’t feel safe there so i had to find other accommodations.

You black mail us to refund IF NOT I WILL GUVE YOU A BAD REVIEWS.You was unkind start… door doesn’t open just you put a key into locks. You coming in can’t open door so we wont there open without any problem at all and we ask you need turn ones key into locks. After I to room you continue complaining AC is to high who does that and find something else’s complain one after other’s. After 20,30 minutes later you complain about I don’t feel safe just because you like to refunds. Then you ask us to refund IF NOT I WILL GIVE YOU A BAD REVIEWS. My recommendation was please do so but unfortunately we won’t able to refund just because you being grumpy and rude person. I really don’t like to responding this way but since you black mail us I have not mind reply back to you. I don’t negotiate or need to be nice to who is unkind and rude come to my property and black mail me to give you a refund. That is NOT way to ask someone refund when you have no right to get a refunds. So maybe better to nicely ask when you asking a A favor to someone one. Besides you are NOT welcome my property. Have good day!

We were following the Santa Fe Trail so we just needed a place to sleep. The room was clean, had everything we needed but was too dark. We are both bedtime readers but only one side of the bed had a dim light. A typical motel breakfast was served, we felt safe, and it was quiet.
