Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal due to the cyclone. But the staff were very accommodating!

Had a great time it is a little far from the city if you like to explore but super nice resort I’d say

The rooms are outdated the door handle to our room door was about to fall off I thought it’s overpriced. I did like the quick beach access. The staff are very nice and friendly. My husband’s sunglasses got stolen when we were sitting at the pool.

The bay was small and cozy. The hotel provided a complimentary boat trip around the bay.

Don't waste your money

Check in took over 1/2 hour Had even emailed proof of confirmation and payment info to the manager to prove it and still took forever then tied to get me to pay again Food No salt no pepper No made to order eggs for breakfast Kids running everywhere in restaurant and bar Everything wet or sticky no clean tables in lounge bar area Food in snack bar all lids off and covered in food from other containers Buffet was cold at best . Very sad state of affairs Obviously the only all inclusive No coffee till 9 am Only internet in Lloby All Chanel's Spanish on tv The town itself was clean

Es un lugar placentero dirigido en especial al público joven. Me pareció limitado el menú pero la comida fue deliciosa. La atención es buena y la bahía es hermosa.

Muy buen Hotel. El servicio de atención muy bien , solo un inconveniente en la cortecia de lancha que se arreglo. La comida con muy buen sazon y muy rica. El espectaculo nocturno muy bien. El detalle en la habitación (una botella de vino de bienvenida) Superrr bien. Agrdecer a todo el personal por su amabilidad. Espero muy pronto volver
