Ma femme et moi, nous avons passé tout le mois de février dans ce magnifique appartement. Tout à fait conforme à l’annonce: lit confortable, salle de bains excellente, propre, calme et la cerise sur le gâteau: le balcon avec vue sur la mer et le port - petit déjeuner au lever du soleil: inoubliable. Accueil très aimable de Felice et de ses enfants. On reviendra l’hiver prochain: promis! Michelle&Marc

Perfect, both apartment and location
Lovely well kept apartment with wonderful views of the harbour and perfectly placed for enjoying the old town part of Corralejo. The apartment is very roomy, well equipped with everything necessary for your stay. There's so much storage space, something which is often lacking. Plenty of electric sockets and extensions and excellent wifi. A very large comfortable bed and good towels (not the usual see through type!). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Many thanks.

On the harbour
Apartment in ideal location in the harbour area and close to plenty of lovely restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. Stunning views from balcony. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Clean and comfortable but could do with bit of modernisation and better furniture. Good wifi. Enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was my Paradise
Waking up each morning with the sun rising and beaming into the living room of this flat suited me so well. Don't we all need to flee the sad news of the day and feel some connection with a world of beauty and remember a time without fears and anxieties. I found peace and here and will never forget this place. What a good happenstance that Carnival began just a few days before I left. The flat is in the main corridor of the live of the town. I enjoyed hearing the laughter from the restaurants below, the night life and the cats in the alley. Quiet descended upon the night about 11pm. Grocery stores, gym, beach, yacht harbor, all within a short distance walk. Pure delignt. Thank you, Felice.

Amazing views
Roomy apartment with stunning views both from balcony and roof terrace. The sunrises are just beautiful. Apartment is well equipped. Although some furniture could do with being modernized, it was comfortable. Fantastic location, perfect for old town but quiet too.

Would stay again without hesitation
Stayed late November to December 2019. Very pleased with this apartment. Very clean, spacious, well equiped, comfortable and with a great view from the balcony and communial roof terrace. We are frequent travellers to Corralejo so we are able to make a good comparison. Everything we needed for a great holiday was close to hand. When we come back, this will be the first place we'll try to book. On the down side, perhaps for some people, the apartment is on the second floor so there are a number of steps to climb. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars very close, which we liked but there was some noise in the evenings and some cooking aromas during the afternoons. However, nothing that we found too unpleasant or disturbing and nothing that detracted from the pleasure of watching the various activities in the port, the sea and the people dining, drinking and strolling below us.

Schöne große Wohnung mit Sonnenbalkon und Blick aufs Meer. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top, sowohl vor der Anreise als auch vor Ort. Kleinigkeiten, die gefehlt haben, wurden sofort besorgt. Parkplätze sind 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Stadtstrände, Restaurants und Bars alles fussnah erreichbar.

De aanrader van het jaar
Hoe een ouder appartement omgetoverd kan worden tot een prima vakantieverblijf kan je hier ervaren. Alles wat voor een wat langer verblijf nodig is, is aanwezig. Dat er alleen Spaanse zenders op de TV waren te ontvangen kon ons niet deren: zonder TV hebben wij juist een heerlijke vakantie! De plek van de woning is ideaal aan de haven en in het voetgangersgebied, nabij een grote keuze aan restaurants en andere horeca-gelegenheden. Er is desondanks geen geluidsoverlast en toch voldoende om naar te kijken, al waren het maar de havenbewegingen en het prachtige zeezicht. De inzet van de eigenaar is groot: je merkt hem niet maar als je wat nodig hebt zorgt hij voor alles, van transfers luchthaven v.v. tot een kleine reparatie van de verlichting. Wij hebben genoten en zolang we de trappen naar de woning (2e etage) kunnen overwinnen zullen we hiervan gebruik blijven maken. Dank Felice en tot ziens.

Nettes Appartment, großartiger Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang!
Dies war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft im Herzen von Corralejo. Seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt wurde das Badezimmer renoviert, es gibt W-Lan. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut für Selbstversorge ausgestattet, obwohl man bei dem reichhaltigen Angebot an Restaurants in direkter Umgebung gar nicht kochen muß. Der kleine Balkon erlaubt einen fantastischen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang, die Bucht und den Hafen. Corralejo ist ein lebhafter Ort, dennoch haben wir immer genug Nachtruhe bekommen. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein Ort für Urlauber, die es gerne etwas urbaner wollen und auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines Pauschalurlaubes verzichten können. Wir kommen wieder!

Great apartment in a superb location
The apartment was very good. It was clean and well appointed with a balcony that gets the morning sun. The location could not be better. It is in a pedestrian area very close to the promenade giving easy access to not only the seafront but to the backstreet cafes, restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to local supermarkets and shopping “high street”. The ferry terminal to Lanzarote and the bus station for cheap travel to the rest of the island are also nearby. We were met at the airport for a reasonably priced transfer to the apartment which made access and getting keys very simple. We were very pleased with this apartment and would be quite happy to return.

Superb location and great honeymoon stay!
The apartment was great. Clean, tidy, had all the amenities you need in kitchen/bathroom etc. as well as towels. The balcony view is fantastic as shown by the pictures and gets the morning sun over the sea. The location is brilliant as you're right above all the best restaurants, cafes and shops etc. You couldn't be in a better location! This was a real highlight for us on our honeymoon. Only thing to maybe improve on was arrival logistics as had to have a phone call wandering around the area with a poor signal via Whatsapp to find out exactly where to pick up the key (cafe next door) and what door to enter etc. Would have been better to have someone to meet in person at a landmark I think but nevertheless, we got on with it and had an amazing time! Thank you so much, would recommend!!!
