Not at all as expected; please be careful We decided we could not stay - and let them keep the money. We are 73 yrs old and we could stomach the offer. Only one room (and that quite small) and the main picture on the web offer was of a different property. No cooking facilities whatsoever. No fridge. No heating whatsoever. (and it was freezing!). One de-humidifer, indicated the dampness. No TV When we got there a sort of all-day market was taking place right outside our door, people were looking in our only window, and the market was to last until 2000 hours. Our toilet was about 40yds down the garden in a toilet block, right next to the gents.; imagine us 73yr olds tripping down the garden during the night (more than once probably) and in the rain likely! Then the final blow, stuck in our little room we would have NOT have the promised WIFI - because we would need to go and sit outside somewhere. Nice enough couple but we were misled. We transferred to a hotel elsewhere instead. Sorry, can not therefore give any recommendation at all, and advise caution.

We are very sorry that our accommodation did not meet your expectations, evidently not having read our information correctly in the Expedia group hosting system, in which we indicate, with complete clarity, that in our rooms there is no kitchen, that the bedroom chosen by you, La Pergola, (not so small, 18 m2, not counting the bathroom and its large terrace and gardens); yes, it has the outside and shared bathroom (only with us, the owners), is indicated in the information; if it has a stove and dehumidifier, which does not have a TV, is equally indicated... and many other things that YES we offer and have. We have not fooled them at all, in our announcement everything we offer and what we do not have. At all times we treat them with total cordiality, and we try to solve the situation created by their misinterpretation of our advertisement. It was your mistake, not ours. Faced with their dissatisfaction, we kindly offered them a special price in another better room, our Romantic Suite, more spacious (almost 40 m2) and comfortable and with spectacular views, with a bright bathroom, spacious and private, and with panoramic TV of 55" and WiFi. Logically more expensive, of course. We discounted the amount already paid by you in the concerted room (already with a 5% discount included by Expedia group), and they also rejected it. We haven't kept your money, this is false and insulting. We have only charged our price for your stay, an amount on which, in addition, we will have to pay the commission and our corresponding local taxes. As stipulated in "Expedia Group's Cancellation Of Booking Policy", which we explained in a previous email and which we indicate here again. Expedia group's current cancellation policy: Cancellation penalty period: 72 hours before arrival Within the penalty period: Total cost of stay In addition, you did not cancel your reservation, we were only informed, with an SMS, sent at 22:07 hours, quite late, of your decision to stay elsewhere. Despite all this, of our own volition, we have refunded to your credit card an amount of 37.05 euros, that is, 50% of the amount of your contracted accommodation. Something we did the next day and they don't mention in their comment. We are very sorry about this whole thing, first time it happens to us. Normally our guests feel very welcome. We have excellent ratings on other hosting systems that we work with (which are public and can corroborate). Even our little Trail market on Fridays, (only from 14 to 19:00 hours), is an attraction and activity for our guests, who enjoy and value it, with live music, having a drink on the terrace of our Bar - Cafeteria. I suggest, with all due respect, that when making a reservation, pay greater attention to reading the services they offer and those who do not have the accommodation, to avoid these misunderstandings and that no one should be harmed. This unfortunate story has made us all lose a great deal of appreciated
