Beautiful location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. In the two months we were there we had a total of 4 fridges break down before finally getting a new working fridge. The unit was fairly clean, not immaculate but we cleaned to our standards. We could have used more kitchen towels but that is minor. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the hosts were very responsive to our concerns, even if it took a bit of time to get a problem resolved.

Great location with beautiful sunset views!

Family of 3(2 adults and 7 y/o) Condo was easy to find using directions provided and Google Maps, accessing unit easy. The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take drinks to the pool as glass not allowed). Unit was not stocked well, not sure if this is typical for México as this was our first vrbo here. It would be nice if additional spices, condiments and cleaning supplies are kept in the unit. Having to purchase all these items for a short stay can get costly. Renters are given 1 garbage bag, half roll of paper towel, half a bottle of dish soap, sponge and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Soap dispensers in bathrooms also got low. Be prepared to purchase additional items plus laundry detergent(we brought our own but should be supplied to wash towels that belong to the unit). Would also recommend leaving floor cleaner so guests can clean while staying. Could use additional patio seating and pool toys(we left ours, hopefully they remained). Overall great location with the best sunsets. Would stay again if better stocked with supplies. .

Family vacation

Dalia was the host that i communicated with. She was great with helping me and answering all my questions. The Condos is close to the Malecon and had Breathtaking Ocean View in the morning and especially at sunset. The check in and check out was very easy and all questions were answered. It was very quiet. Jose luis Bueno was the night watch and he was great. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure!

The pictures show you the property, but they don't tell the whole story; like sitting on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds play war with your morning coffee. Or if anything goes wrong like the AC went out and how they responded immediately, and it was like nothing ever happened. How the neighbors helped out in Hurricane Norma. The location is not close to the Malecon, but that is a good thing because it does get really noisy sometimes. The condo was really easy to find and get to as well. In my opinion it had an excellent location and even better view. Say hello to the hummingbirds for me. And the people upstairs.

Overall a wonderful stay. However the whole proces of working with Angel host was difficult. We were required to send a lot of personal information and photos even on the day we got there and there was no confirmation till the morning we got there. No salt or no bowl for salads. But other that that it was a very nice condo. Open, spacious, great big windows and an ocean, sunset view.
