Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend.

I liked that when it came time to extending my stay for a few hours, and some other logistical things along the way I need help with, I am happy that the front reception staff helped me. They directed me to places I was interested in, and helped me with printing documents from my computer. The included breakfast was nice and delicious always! I liked the size of my apartment. I was spacious and comfortable. The only complaints I have for this hotel is: 1) The hot water for the shower was inconsistent. 2) I could not engage the hot water (in the bathroom where the bathtub was). Other than these few things, this was a good hotel for me to stay at.

El apartamento fue muy cómodo, solamente el problema o mi descontento fue el servicio del personal, no dan información sobre los servicios que ofrece el establecimiento desde sus servicios fuera del departamento como dentro, tuve que aprender por mi cuenta el uso de la tina de hidromasaje, con la susceptibilidad de que si lo malogra algo tendría que pagar, y el control de la televisión no funcionaba, por otra parte el desayuno fue muy bueno.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. Once we arrived the service was terrific, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty too and we appreciated the freshly brewed espresso. The one problem is contacting the hotel prior to your visit, emails are unanswered and we had to get Expedia involved. We tried to set up transportation to the hotel from the airport but it was a no show. Plenty of cabs at the airport and for 70 Bolivia is they get you to hotel. Just have your address written down and have taxi driver write the amount to confirm

Los baños están muy viejos y todo el mobiliario y enseres. Hace falta una buena reforma y sustitución de mobiliario.

Mediocre Stay

It was an okay stay overall. The website said staff could help with travel bookings, and that was a main reason I stayed there. But they didn't really have a lot of details themselves and didn't ask the agency all the questions I had. They kept referring me to the travel agency to speak with them myself - which is not really helpful because I can always call and speak to any agency myself. The room was okay - pretty cold actually so wish there was a space heater or extra blankets in the living room area. They showed me the pool and sauna area but not really how to work it - everything was turned off and how to turn it on was unclear.

아파트같이 넓고 주방이 있어서 좋았음. 단 냉장고속 물은 별도로 돈을 받음

Hotel was real nice. Apartment was clean and very comfy. Staff was friendly. Very good stay overall. Only area they need improvement is their WiFi, it was very slow.
