I booked a queen suite and I think I was put into a whatever? I had no balcony like it said it would online. I wasn’t even given a price for the room like I was told I would by the facility personnel. He said the manager had to go online to figure it out once she got home. I stayed up as long as possible to get that info and was told I would receive a call to my room, also didn’t happen. When I went to the office I was told that because I booked it online I couldn’t get a final price from Red Lion. The walls are super thin and the ceiling sounded like the occupants above were about to fall through the floor. The road noise is horrible and I could hear multiple tv’s going most all night. If you want sleep I do not recommend. I work for a very large local corporation and will not recommend anyone stay there. Also the continental breakfast I would rate below a 1 if possible. I will say the room was clean, so hats off to the maid service. My final rating would be 0 of 5

Dallas,Hello, you drove into our carport with your semi truck. Your manager even said this is not a truck port and we were working with your main company. If you work for a large corporate company, you should know that your semi truck does not go under a carport. We understand your frustration, you had a bad day but it's not accurate what you are describing.You did not bring a third party confirmation number from your booking. The front staff took their time to assist you by calling the agents at the third party booking site to locate your reservation confirmation number since it did not appear on our end. It was kind of them to take the time to help you find your booking by being placed on hold for a long time. If you had your confirmation number on you, we could have assisted you a lot faster and then spoke to the company afterwards while you were in your unit.If you wanted an upstairs room, you just had to ask for one, those are the balcony units. We would have accommodated you.You arrived at 2am wanting breakfast, our Express breakfast is not 24 hours. It is from 6:30-9:30 am posted in our lobby.I understand you had a bad day and you created a big issue for us, too, by driving into the carport and damaging it. We have been working with your company who also were not happy with you. We know you had a bad day but your company and our staff were the ones left picking up the pieces.

Sent installers to stay at this hotel for a night and they reported that the rooms had bed bugs
