Spectacular place for family reunion
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAway12 of us, 3 generations, spent 5 days in this gorgeous property. It couldn't have been more peaceful, and restful. The lodge is extremely well-built and kept cool and comfortable despite a record-breaking heat wave.

Publié le 16 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayBig spaces, comfy beds & en suite baths, great sound system, and a table to fit all 17 of us -- lovely lake trail, proximity to gorgeous waterfall hike, and not far from town if we needed anything we'd forgotten. Hosts were so easy to work with -- we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Bend Family Getaway
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Lodge at Tumalo Lake was large and comfortable and a good place for our family reunion. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place is a little off the beaten path, but it didn't seem to matter that much. There's so much to do in and around Bend and the family took advantage of that. One disappointment was that only one kayak and one paddle board was available the whole week for us to use on the lake.....the others that were supposed to be there were missing, presumably taken by other renters in the area. It would have been nice to have a big screen TV that could play our personal family videos and music. Still, it was a good experience.

Thank you for staying at the Tumalo Lake Lodge and for your five star review - we are glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. We are sorry to hear you had trouble locating the boats and using the TV and that you didn't reach out to us at that time for help. We would have told you where to find the boats and come over to help you with the TV.
We have at least 10 kayaks/ canoes/ rowboat/ and SUPs. They are available to guests complimentary in early May along with the floating dock. As noted in the information guide located on the Lodge kitchen island, the primary location for the boats is at the lake deck on the south side of the lake, just a few minutes walk from the fire pit. They are almost always available as many guests are out and about on various local adventures.
The TV set up does allow for playing media from a guest device. The TV cabinet has instructions for use.
We are available to address any issues that come up during our guests stay and Bill (co-owner) is up there most days. We encourage guests to communicate with us should an issue come up so we can take care of it quickly during their stay.

10/10 Will Stay Again!
Publié le 12 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay in Bend was incredible! The house is amazing and met all of our needs as a group of 12 adults and 1 infant. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. The house itself is gorgeous!
We had a storm creep up on us in early April that we were not expecting which made accessing the house a little more difficult, but those of us with AWD or FWD were able to come up easily. Bill met us at the house and gave us a tour. Bill assured us that their team would be up early each day plowing the road as needed. They even came each morning and scraped the snow off the deck for us. Loved everything about staying here!
