Luxury 4 bedroom Tuscan Villa in Andalusia Country Club, La Quinta, CA

This home is a private residence on the fairway of the seventh hole of the Andalusia Golf Course in La Quinta California. The home has four bedrooms with four bathrooms ensuite as well as an additional powder room. There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds and two with queen-sized beds. One bedroom is incorporated into a suite within a separate casita on the property. The main residence is decorated in the Tuscan style. We have completely re-decorated the casita with travertine flooring, new furniture and tile work in the Andalusian-Moorish style. It makes a fine office space without the distractions of the main residence.

The property was lightly used during the 8 years since construction. It has a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a TV in the great room with surround sound, a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, etc. The very large patio area has fire pit, a comfortable Jacuzzi spa, waterfall and a heated pool with swim- up seating to a recessed serving area/barbecue. Four umbrellas provide ample shade pool-side.The recessed barbeque area is shaded beneath the cool canopy of two, large citrus trees The patio overlooks a panorama of the golf course’s fairways, greens and lakes with neighboring homes in the distance, and the Indio Mountains in the far distance to the north. Utilities are included in the lease fee.

Andalusia is a private gated, guarded community 17 minutes away from La Quinta Resort and Spa. The City of La Quinta itself is located in the Coachella Valley which contains the communities of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage,Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and to the east, Indio. The Salton Sea is south of La Quinta.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is 45 minutes away from our residence with direct flights from many US and Canadian cities. Altogether 22 airlines operate out of PSP which is minutes away from LAX by shuttle flight.

Our guests are welcome to use the beautiful facilities of the Andulusia Country Club including the Racquet Club, Tapas Restaurant, pool and for a small fee, the tennis and pickleball courts and Fitness Center.The Andalusia golf course is for members only, but there are more than 125 golf courses in the valley,many are public.

My wife and I enjoyed a six-week stay at this high-end property in Andalusia, which is a gated golf community about a 15 minute drive from the village of La Quinta and a 30 minute drive from the many shops and restaurants on El Paseo in Palm Desert. The house is grand, with a large high-end kitchen being the center piece of the living area. The pool area provides a gentle entry, great for young ones, or old-timers looking to cool off without taking the plunge. The poolside rock work is attractive and enhances the property's privacy while in the pool. The view over the par 3 7th hole, a pond and a second fairway adds to the relaxing atmosphere. This property is a great option for a stay in the Coachella Valley!

This is an excellent property. Awesome views of the mountains and golf course.
We have rented numerous homes over the years and this one rates at the top!! Very livable and comfortable. The pool and patio area over looks the golf course and beautiful lake. Access to the home is very easy with a secured gated community. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoying cocktails at sunset. Great family home!

very enjoyable home in quite, private upscale development
Our 2 weeks in this lovely home was perfect. The description of the house and all amenities are exactly as portrayed. Owners provide a very good and clear home instruction pamphlet which guides you with pictures and instructions for the operation of everything. We did struggle in the beginning with TV and music system but soon worked that out. Contact with the owner was excellent throughout the rental and our stay. One issue with the poolside grill was resolved quickly when the owner had a service company repair it immediately. We would return again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home on the golf course!
This home was perfect for our week long stay. It is super clean, well maintained; the house was well stocked and the living space was great for our group of 8. The owner sent detailed instructions well ahead of our arrival and was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The only suggestions we would make is to consider having a couple more pool loungers (there are currently 2) and perhaps have a few more plastic glasses/stemware available for use outside on the patio, pool or spa area. The gated community is very quiet and peaceful. It is a 10-15 min drive to the nearest grocery store, 40 min to downtown Palm Springs, Painted Canyon/Ladder Canyon and approx 50 min to the south entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.

Awesome property!
Incredible house and location. The pictures do not even do it justice. You will not regret your choice here. They have even created a "home manual" which was emailed to me prior to my stay to explain everything from the tv to the spa. Owners are also very responsive if you have any other questions or issues. Can't wait to book this property for next year!

Beautiful La Quinta home in a private, gated community
This home definitely was not only "as advertised", it was better. The Andalusia Community itself, is a beautifully landscaped golf course property. The owners were very gracious in making sure our arrival went smoothly. From ensuring we had all the details necessary to access their home, to instructions on how to operate all the devices within it. Communicating with them was easy and timely. The property description online and pictures were all very accurate. The entire house was spotless and well stocked with supplies. All that you need to bring is your food. The kitchen is well equipped, including very sharp knives. A must, if you enjoy cooking. All in all, this home made for a very pleasurable Thanksgiving retreat for our family. Many thanks to the Ott's!
