Nice house but similar issues as mentioned previously

The inside of the house was nice, clean and comfortable. Would be a challenge if larger than 8 guests since the living room seating is maximum 8. Just a small dinette table for 4 nearby two large bars seating for 4 each of them. The large outside table could easily fit 10- weather allowed. The outside is not cared well by the lawn service you will see/experience. Very nice pool and spa. The 3 main issues were during our stay - 1) Arrived to 3 and 1/2 baths which was advertised/ contracted 4 full baths at the time, corrected since our stay but major inconvenience for our stay. 2) At check-in we were advised the wrong app to control the pool & spa. After advised of the new app to use it took several days (1/4 of our stay) where the app could only by texting the the property manager each time for on or off which at times took a long time. Then the remaining of our stay the app was useable to control the spa only. The pool was programmed by the property manager beyond our control to turn off if not needed. We unfortunately were charged for the pool use even though we never had control of it. The pool service never instructed us how to use and someone came in while we were out one day to set the pool control in the kitchen. 3) Wi-Fi use was very limited and management never answered/responded to those concerns. After our stay we communicated for a month with management on any response/accommodation for the above issues. Some help but not to cover the above issues.

Golf trip 25 years

Advertised as 4 bathrooms but 1 bathroom just a powder room w no tub as listed which caused issue Been in development for over 20 years for a weekly rental and this is one of the worst

Hi Bruce; Thanks for staying with us. I’m really sorry you didn’t love the home. I understand your frustration regarding the missing tub. Thanks for catching that, the home has 3.5 bathrooms. I don’t know how we didn’t catch that sooner. We manage nearly 200 properties including over 20 In this areas we have over 4,000 5-star reviews and this home is one of my favorites. Great few, really good sized pool for the area, nice floor plan. Thanks again for staying with us.

PGA golf getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, and the host was very responsive. All of the complaints below have been addressed and we didn’t have issues with anything. We would book a stay here again.

Overall ok

House was fairly clean. Hair in sink and showers. Hot tub was an issue the whole time although after contacting agency they were able to operate from their end not convenient though

Disappointing

I am sorry to say that our stay was disappointing at best. The location and the house itself were great. Having previously owned a property here in PGA within the same gate, perhaps, makes this a difficult review to give. Let’s begin with plastic wine glasses 🤔. When you're paying for a 'Luxury rental,' and there are only two real glasses (not for wine, by the way), with the rest being plastic, I find that unacceptable. We had to buy our own wine glasses! Secondly, my elderly mother cut her leg wide open on the bed frame that had four ridiculous square corners. But I have to say the clincher was the sewage smell in the evening that randomly came and went, along with the puddle of water in the garage that was clearly connected to the sewage issue. On a positive note, the management company was responsive and addressed our issues. Bottom line: the house needs a bit of upkeep. Beautiful property."

Quiet community

Very nice house, fans in or outside were not working. Patio cushions should be replaced. Pool was green. Pool person did come to address the problem but wasn’t much help for our short visit. Home needs a little TLC.

A gorgeous setting

We loved our 4 day stay at this nice home, which accommodated my whole family. The setting on the edge of the golf course was beautiful, and the outdoor area was perfect for us. The only downside was getting the swimming pool warm enough to swim in, as it only got to 76 degrees despite heating it all night. I wanted my granddaughters to enjoy the pool but they were only able to enjoy the small spa.

Thanksgiving in the desert

Nice large home, plenty of room for our family. Would like to come back in the spring maybe to be able to enjoy the pool! Spa was great for this time of year. Worked with Shevy… he made things happen when we needed it!

Very Disappointed

This property is sub par and this is being nice. The location was great, but the actual condition of the property was at best a 2 star. The only areas that were decent was the master bedroom and bathroom, but everything else was horrible. The living room has a couch with worn out leather peeling away. The kitchen didn’t have sufficient cutlery or pots and pans. Very disappointed. The property manager did send a knife set and pots and pan set a day into our stay, but a day late dollar short. When you are paying top dollar you are expecting the minor items to be adequate. The pool has chipping concrete everywhere with many areas dirty. I had to hose down the bbq area as well as the decking. The outside furniture was worn with stains and burn holes. We are not difficult to please, but when we saw the inside & outside furniture my wife was in disbelief. The home needs a complete makeover and the owners need to spend a little money on the furniture to make this home a true luxury property. They should be ashamed to rent this house out in the current condition. Read this review and know it was written with honest and accurate feedback.

Thanks for staying. Our goal is for all of our guests to have great stays. We are replacing the couch. As mentioned the guest wasn’t happy with the knives, pots, and pans and contacted us in the evening. We sent brand new sets the next day. We will review the patio furniture. Unfortunately, la Quinta is in the desert, the desert experiences dust and windstorms, as a result a patio can be hosed off and may need to be hosed off again 24 hours or even again 3 hours later. While we try to get back to hose off proper to guests arrival, the timing of the wind is not in our control.
