Conveniently located to many things to do and see, entertainment, shopping and attractions. Nearby you'll find speciality food markets, music and art festivals, restaurants, bars, great hiking trails, fun bike routes, golf, tennis, casinos, spas and waterparks.

Also just a short drive away, El Paseo in Palm Desert the Rodeo Drive of the valley, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage.

The Space:
Located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath modern, luxury ranch-style home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and is set-up for entertaining and total relaxation. AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE OF $40 PP PER NIGHT WILL APPLY TO GROUPS ABOVE 6.

Step outside the master bedroom suite or living/great room/dining area to a beautifully designed, private backyard and take a dip in the custom pool and cascade waterfall spa. Enjoy a serene outdoor retreat under the desert sky with awe-inspiring views of the surrounding vistas. A perfect space for relaxing and making memories with family and friends that offers a large BBQ, lots of comfortable seating, yoga mats, pool noodles and outdoor music.

The home is equipped with WiFi and two flat screens ready for streaming Smart TV, Amazon and Hulu, or login in to your personal Netflix account to watch your favorite shows and movies.

Enjoy a highly-functional kitchen with ample cabinetry, counter space, modern stainless steel appliances, roomy refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dishware, pans and utensils are all provided for preparing a quick meal or gourmet dinner.

The living/great room area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs and upholstered ottomans, a bistro table and chairs plus two additional leather counter stools to accomodate plenty of seating for guests. There is a flat screen TV and a bar cart for mixing your favorite cocktails and mocktails. The formal dining room has a charming rustic, ranch-style dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably with glass french doors that open to the outdoor space for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The large master suite designed with details and finishes combines comfort and luxury with a Cal-King bed dressed with quality linens, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a separate workspace for your laptop furnished with a desk and chair. The master ensuite bath is modern and boasts a large jacuzzi tub, shower and vanity, lots of storage, exceptional lighting, and a dedicated mini fridge just steps away from the bed for keeping cold drinks, creamer or milk--or a chilled bottle of champagne for your morning mimosa.

High-quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided for all bedding. All bathrooms are supplied with towels, soap and toilet paper.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with shower and ample storage.
2 additional beds can be provided upon request.

The laundry area has a washer, dryer, counter space and organized shelving.

Guest Access:
- Check-in time after 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time by 10am.
- Keyless entry self-checkin. Instructions and code will be provided to guests before check-in.
- Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space.

Other Things to Note:
- The garage is NOT accessible and is not included in rental.
- Free parking on premises in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking.
- The pool and spa are NOT HEATED. Both run on propane, not natural gas.
- Enjoy the pool and spa UNHEATED, or if you wish to HEAT the water an ADDITIONAL CHARGE $150 per day will apply. 48 hour advance request needed.
-AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE OF $45 PP PER NIGHT WILL APPLY TO GROUPS ABOVE 6.
House Rules:
- Please be mindful and responsible of taking care of the property and home furnishings.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the home.
- Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY (please use ashtrays provided on each outdoor table).
- DO NOT put cigarettes out on the artificial turf outside. Cigarettes will burn and cause damage to the turf, or start a fire. If cigarette butts are found in the lawn or surrounding landscape, 100% of your DEPOSIT will be FORFEITED. NO IFs, ANDs or BUTTs.
- NO Pets are allowed in the home or on the property.
- NO excessive or unreasonable noise beyond what is normally acceptable.

Pool Rules:
- ABSOLUTELY NO wine glasses, NO glass bottles, NO glass of any kind at or around the pool. ANY BROKEN GLASS discovered after check-out will result in 100% of your DEPOSIT FORFEITED to cover the cost of draining and refilling the pool and spa with clean, glass-free water.
- DO NOT USE indoor bath towels outdoors. Pool towels are provided outside in baskets for your use. Please return pool towels to baskets at the end of your stay.
- If guests choose to HEAT the pool and spa, there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE $150 per day.
- We ask guests not to heat the pool above 85 degrees, and the spa above 100.

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY PLEASE...
- Leave the property in clean, undamaged condition as rented.
- Turn OFF the A/C and ALL lights.
- Secure the home by closing and locking ALL windows and doors.
- REMOVE and DISPOSE of ALL trash from the home (trash cans are located on the side of the property accessible from the backyard).
- Wash ALL glassware, dishware, utensils and pans.

Good for family vacation
Property was in a great area - charming neighborhood, very close to nearby nature trails - and was very well maintained and clean. Spending time in the backyard was the highlight - wonderful pool and really just lovely. The charge to heat the pool/hot tub was a bit too high for us to take advantage of given the amount of time we knew we'd be using it, but the unheated pool temp was just fine for the hot weather. For those staying during cooler months, advise budgeting that in. Overall, really great stay and highly recommend to others.

Home was amazing only issue was no curtains in the master bedroom so sleeping was difficult and we had no tv the last night because internet would not reconnect after power outage. Other then that was perfect.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Our only issue was with getting the house to cool off enough to be comfortable but after about 24 hours it reached a good temperature and the owners was very communicative and helpful with that! We would absolutely recommend this house as a great place to stay in La Quinta!

Beware of these scammers. We rented this "estate" because we wanted a private pool and whirlpool. When we arrived we were told there was a $150/day seperate charge to heat the pool and spa. To be fair this was mentioned in the fine print of the listing. We payed the $300 and found out the blower was not working in the spa. They promised to refund the $300 but only refunded part of it. The "host" has not returned my calls for 3 days now. The house was only OK and not even worth the $214/night we payed. We feel the property was misrepresented in the listing because the spa was not working. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We just needed a place to sleep after watching a whole day of tennis at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells CA. I found this property on Expedia. The property itself is very clean, has nice amenities, and great landscaping. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall I recommend this property!

Great stay in paradise.
Three of us stayed in this lovely home in LaQuinta. It was affordable, clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and the easy access to walking trails. We had a little trouble accessing the front door, but Johnny was there in a flash to help us. Great stay overall.

Absolutely fantastic back yard/pool area. Main room in house is great for everyone to gather. The primary bedroom and bathroom are spacious as well. Kitchen wasn't as stocked like other places we've rented, but easily added the basics on trips to the many options of grocery stores. You can tell the place is frequently rented and all have enjoyed the place. We took advantage of the easy access to the hikes in the canyon. A must for all visitors! The owners made it extremely easy to get into and close up so we could focus on just enjoying our time in the sun. We would love to return again.

The house was as pictured, very comfortable for four ladies needing to escape the cold and snow of January in Oregon. We were really impressed with the outdoor space and the pool area. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to restaurants, shopping, Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Desert Living Zoo and Gardens, and College of The Desert Street Fair. Johnny was a great host and responded to questions very quickly. Will be sharing our trip with friends and recommending La Quinta to them.

Beautiful accommodations in awesome surroundings
This was our first visit to the Palm Springs area to visit family and the accommodation and location were perfect. Palm Springs can get hectic with traffic but La Quinta is a peaceful neighborhood to stay in, surrounded by awesome mountains nearby. The home is beautiful inside and out and the perfect size for our group (6 people) with a great kitchen, dining and living room space. The views from the front and back yard are spectacular! We highly recommend this property.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Rancho Chillon! I love the area of La Quinta and I’m glad I found this listing. I had my bachelor party weekend here and I’m the type to have a small circle and all I wanted to do was to hangout and catch up with my buddies. And that we did. We enjoyed the pool area, and definitely enjoyed the home. Very quiet neighborhood, and there are exterior cameras for safety. Maybe my only concern was that the thermostat was locked at 75°F. But overall, this was definitely a 10/10 experience.

Pleasantly Surprised
We were pleasantly surprised to have the property surpass our expectations. The front and backyard are more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Nice curb appeal in front and the back is very nice with lots of areas to relax under the shade of umbrellas. The inner part of the home was as beautiful as shown. It is clear that great thought was given to the decor. We rested well. This was because of the neighborhood, which was nice and quiet as well as the comfort of the bed in the Master Bedroom. Additionally, John thought about most everything and had many extra provisions provided for your comfort and convenience. He also communicates in a very timely manner. It is important to note that the jets for the spa pool are not turned on. We were informed that they are connected to the heating system. You could pay to have the spa heated if you wanted the jets on but there is no need to heat the spa in the summer time. Hence, no jets. Also, the refrigerator in the Master Bathroom was not automatically available as expected; however, upon request, John readily made same available to us. All in all, the home was welcoming, warm, and inviting. John was a pleasant host. I would stay there again.
