Wonderful Area, Host and Home
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was in great condition and the communication with the Host (Kirsten) was very easy. Garage and Alarm codes were easy to access via the welcome email. The private salt water pool was a nice perk during the stay. The bathrooms were updated and clean with 3 nice sized rooms in the house. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook and prep meals. The washer and dryer were nice to have available in case you need them. Access to the garage was a nice touch given the 105 degree heat outside as it kept the car in more comfortable conditions and covered. There is also close availability of Trader Joe's and Target within a few minute drive. You are a short 5-7 walk to downtown La Quinta which is very nice. The 10 freeway is about 7-10 minute drive. My daughter attended a concert at the Acrisure Arena and it was about a 20 minute drive to the venue from the house. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this location. The neighborhood is very quiet and the 10pm noise cutoff is real as everything is very nice and quiet in the evening.

Relaxing

Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was great! We love it! Great layout and everything you need in kitchen. Beds were all super comfy! We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, it was exactly what we needed! We stayed here to visit with my MIL while the kids were in from out of town. We would love to stay here again next time we are out! Thank you!

We loved having you back and I apologize about that. It was a tennis weekend and housekeeping was a bit backed up. When I checked in with everyone on arrival times and you said 6pm I assumed it would be alright to send codes after 4pm as you didn’t need them to check in. It's in a great, very quiet neighborhood in La Quinta Cove, with a lovely walking/biking route, those glorious mountains, and Indian Wells Tennis Garden not far away. I really like that it's a regular neighborhood, not a gated community. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the pool and spa are well maintained. It can handle 6 people just fine, but the seating in the eating area and living room is really ideal for 4. But we had 6 for part of our last stay, and it worked well. A short drive away is "old" La Quinta (it's not really old, but it's charming), which has some perfectly fine restaurants, shops, and cafes.
