The property operates under La Quinta short-term permit number 064335.  The unit has one bedroom, two bathrooms and a maximum occupancy of four.

A downstairs spa villa one bedroom suite on the beautifully landscaped grounds of La Quinta Resort. For a few nights or a few weeks, you won't find a better value in this iconic desert location. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, additional seating and a flat screen TV. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas oven and range, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for four next to the kitchen. There is a hall bathroom with a shower, toilet and single vanity. The bedroom has a king bed, TV and a desk. The master bathroom has a double vanity, water closet and separate shower and tub. The property has 2 private patios with western mountain views. The community pool and hot tub are just steps from the back patio and master bedroom. Linens and bedding are included with your stay and daily maid service and linen changes can be purchased for an additional charge. The condo sits only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. The unit can be combined with SV003 (Upstairs Studio Spa Villa with Western Mountain Views) to create a spacious two bedroom Spa Villa (subject to availability). Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER.

The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned townhomes surrounding Spa La Quinta. Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Great location on the La Quinta property. Loved the fireplace. Pull out sofa bed was stuck. Wouldn’t open. Kitchen nicely equipped. Umbrella on back patio wouldn’t open. Couple little details. But the place is very quaint and comfortable.

Disappointed with VRBO La Quinta rental

Property has been used frequently and never updated. Furniture, rugs in poor condition. Minimal silverware. Cheaply decorated. Draperies broken, stained. Very disappointed. First time at La Quinta resort with an unsatisfactory unit. Will not use VRBO again.

This could be a wonderful space, but it is not cared for. It is dark and dated, worn out, kitchen random, noisy street in front. Pool and hot tub nearby are fine. I would not recommend this unit to anyone for any price.

The resort is beautiful on all fronts, the Spa Villa needs an upgrade it’s very outdated. Curtains & carpet in the bedroom need to be replaced. Some of the lamps are broken etc.

Extremely poorly maintained unit

The photos of this unit in no way depict the current state. The furniture was broken (lamps, decorative pieces) and scratched (tables), all surfaces were dirty (inside of cupboards were grimy and covered in crumbs) bedside tables were stained and dusty, grout in the bathrooms was dirty, the windows were filthy to the point you could barely see out of them and the curtains were stained and very dirty. We were extremely unimpressed and when we contacted the property manager to ask her to see it, or to put us in another unit she responded slowly, sent a cleaning team in for 20 min which did not address the larger problem and advised that in giving us extra towels and linens she had addressed our problems. Do not stay in this unit. Many other units on the property which would be nicer.

Fun place to stay

We love this resort! Great place to stay! Upon arriving we did have problems with the main toilet, it wouldn’t flush. We didn’t call the property manager because there was another bathroom in the unit and we didn’t want to be bothered with someone coming in while we were either away or resting (we work a a lot). We also had an unexpected visitor from the property management company come in while we were eating lunch, he used his passcode to enter, not good. Overall we will be back, booking was easy, we received texts from the manager with updates. The maintenance stuff and the accidental entry was minor and easy to fix.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our third stay at this property. We had another wonderful trip! Perfect location at the resort. We found parking right in front the unit, so convenient to load/unload. Pool is right out the back door. Looking forward to future stays.
