Welcome to our serene La Quinta retreat, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of California's desert paradise. This meticulously designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal escape for families and groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway. With a sparkling pool, rejuvenating spa, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, and inviting outdoor seating area, your stay here promises to be an unforgettable experience.
The Property:
From the moment you walk into the home you will be impressed by the large open concept design with a connected living room, kitchen and dining room that is PERFECT for family gatherings and holidays. The kitchen has a large marble counter tops with beautiful custom cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with practically every utensil and cooking appliance you could possibly need! The open concept design makes it so that whether you are eating, cooking or relaxing in the living room, you are always with your friends and family!
The home has 3 large bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and features a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, large closets and dressers for all the storge you could need. These rooms share a full bathroom. We provide fresh linens for every room; as well as towels for every guests.
Outside:
The outdoor areas are the definition of luxury living and exactly why people will keep coming back to this home! The backyard has a large seating area with an extra-large umbrella and propane fire pit to make sure you can entertain your friend’s day and night. There is also a propane BBQ for all grilling needs. But if you know Palm Springs living then you know it's all about the pool! The pool and spa are custom built with pebble tec, color LED lights and an automation system that gives you full control over the pool and spa features! Not to mention the spectacular view of the mountains while floating in the pool is sure to be the highlight of your Cove Oasis.
Interior Details:
We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.
Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.
Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels, and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.
Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is allowed outside as long as it is not Quiet Hours. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which any speakers and all amplified noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.
Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

2. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, keep any outdoor noise within the property line.
3. Pool heating is extra and spa heating is complimentary. $50/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. No more than 4 vehicles allowed on the property.
7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
