Spring in Palm Springs

The property was accurate as shown in the listing. The surprise was the pool and patio is in the front yard. The house was dark as there aren’t any doors or windows to the back (except high windows toward the ceiling). We got used to it as we were there for 4 weeks but wished we could see the pool etc while inside the house. Our kids brought their families each week and everyone had a great time. The game room is fantastic!! The owner was fantastic! Every request promptly handed. The house had normal wear and tear for a rental property.

Tennis weekend in La Quinta

This property is very close to the tennis garden just beyond the LQ hotel. The master bedroom is very roomy and the pool is beautiful. There are 3 other bedrooms in the main house and a 5th bedbed in the nicely appointed Casita.

What a perfect home. Everyone had their own space but we could all gather together perfectly.The game room was amazing, we never left the house, only to walk to the end of street to the hiking trails. A quick girls' getway

We had a wonderful time at the property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the seven of us. The pool and outdoor area were great. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail to the lake and spent the rest of the time relaxing in the pool. We stayed in both nights, barbecuing and enjoying the game room. The Perfect Hideaway

What a perfect place to be to enjoy the people you're with. We made one grocery run and then never had to leave again (4 night stay). It's private with plenty of room (we had 9 adults), pool was great and the game room is awesome! Host was super responsive and would definitely stay here again.

Castaneda Family reunion

It was enjoyable weekend to celebrate my youngest brother’s 50th bday. There was a broken frame in the bed of the casita. A dining room chair had a seat unattached. The casita air conditioner was not performing well. However otherwise the main house was well air conditioned and comfortable. We are forever grateful of the time we spent with my brother on his 50tj birthday as my brother was killed 2 days later after a tragic hit and run accident.

Fabulous house

Fabulous house, yard, pool and the garage with all the games was so fun. Property manager was very accessible. My family would definitely stay there again. Cute neighborhood and little hiking trail nearby.

Family Fun Time

Hopefully, this home will be our go-to for a wonderful fun-filled family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and spa were clean. The landscaping was lovely, with delicious oranges, lemons and kumquats. The host responded within minutes of receiving a text from us. Didn’t have a chance to use the bbq. Location is great, with hiking trails very close by and enjoyed nice walks into La Quinta. The neighborhood is quiet. We look forward to returning again. Thank you for sharing your home.

family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this spacious home with our extended family for Christmas. The house was clean and all the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. We also appreciated that all the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. The kitchen is large with numerous cabinets, spices, dish washing soap supplied. My grandkids loved playing in the pool. Check out time is a little early at 10 am but can be extended for $100 per hour.

Fun ion the Sun

We came for a wedding an extended our stay to enjoy some time in the sun. The home was even better than the pictures. The gameroom provided so much fun for us and our adult children. Lots of competitions going on there. The home was clean, well supplied and the owner was extremely prompt with replies and answers to questions. The only trouble we had was not being able to get the hot tub :hot". We hope to return sooner than later.

Needs improvement

The property is very spacious. We enjoyed the game room, large storage, activities like the puzzles, clean. The pool however was concerning. The surface/bottom was made rough which caused a few of us to have minor scrapes. For the convenience of the renters perhaps starting the washing machines with the pool towels will suffice rather than folding and putting them away.

50th anniversary celebration

On the whole the house worked out great. Very pretty setting with hiking paths close by. Even though the house instructions were plentiful, some were confusing. With current technologies, we felt that the tv hookups should be updated to eliminate some of the remotes. The supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms were plentiful. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. Unfortunately, we spent more time in the game room because of the windy and cool weather. We heated the hot tub but not the pool because we really did not know what kind of charges we would incur if heated the pool. It all worked out. A couple of the counters were not cleaned thoroughly. I bring these things up just for your info. Again, the house worked for our family and a good time was had by all.

Large, well stocked house in LaQuinta Cove. Close to Old Town LaQuinta and Cove to Lake Trail system. House is well laid out and easy to live in. Norm was easy to work with.

Perfect house for a large family gathering of multi-generations.

There was plenty of space throughout the house to enjoy. The outdoor pool and hot tub was beautiful. The fire pit was a fun place to gather as the evening cooled. The game room and outdoor golf green was enjoyed by both the kids and their parents. Owner/Management were informative and answered questions immediately. Rating: All the stars.

Great Place!

This was a great place with large amenities. Lounging around the pool and spa, Fire pit and couches and chairs. Activities in garage was tremendous. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and living areas were great. Place is a little dated, but overall a great place to stay.
