Extra steps hospitality
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsNot just a point or description of where complimentary coffee or hot tea but actual walk me to the spots front desk did during check in. So there we go a sit down and talk awhile on front stoop porch feel not a quick opening a door and state the business. I also saw recycle bins so love that. Pool is open one hour later then some other hotel pools. Cutest bug I cant sweep u dee tge rig is wooden card room keys.

Horrible service
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe pool water smelled, the 3rd day stay we attempt to get room cleaned . We took sign off our door , notified front desk we wanted our room cleaned around 10:00 am. Front desk said they would notify the maid service. Come back at 4:00 to see nothing had be done.
Notify front desk and they said they attempt to but there was a sign on our door stating do not touch. We took sign off be for leaving and notifying the front desk. They blamed us

A few improvements needed, but still a great stay
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOverall, the hotel was a great place to stay while visiting the nearby state parks. The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. A few areas that could use improvement - the pancake machine was not working at breakfast and the hot foods were not getting replaced timely even though there was 45 minutes before breakfast ended. Secondly, while the hot tub was hot, the jets were not working. We were really looking forward to a soak after a day of hiking in the rain. Also, there was a foul odor in the hallway (2nd floor). It was not noticeable once we were inside the room, but could smell it immediately once we got to the floor.
