Un moment exceptionnel !
Publié le 20 mai 2019 sur HotelsUn établissement exceptionnel. Service parfait, où l’on retient vos habitudes. Un très grand confort dans les chambres. Un cadre merveilleux. Il faut absolument profiter du spa et du concept qui est ludique et très efficace au niveau des soins.

Vacanza da favola
Publié le 8 août 2020 sur HotelsAtmosfera da favola, rilassata e rilassante. La struttura è immersa nel verde e gode di una vista impareggiabile sul Monte Bianco. Esternamente è presente una piscina con acqua non riscaldata (personalmente mai usata perché troppo fredda per me) e una jacuzzi con acqua riscaldata. Bella anche la spa, sebbene in parte chiusa (bagno turco e sauna erano chiusi per rispettare le norme anti-covid). Ottima anche la pulizia delle piscine (un'inserviente disinfettava le sdraio ad ogni utilizzo). Bello anche il ristorante, con un giovane chef che cucina piatti gourmet tra tradizione e innovazione. Buono anche il servizio e gentile lo staff; unico neo è che non tutti i camerieri indossavano la mascherina. La stanza assegnataci era spaziosa, con un ampio terrazzo e una romantica finestra testa letto con vista sul Monte Bianco (la mattina era un piacere svegliarsi con questo panorama). Stanza pulita e inservienti gentili che si assicuravano ogni giorno che non mancasse nulla tra le dotazioni. Infine la colazione anche ottima, con menu à la carte per via del covid ma comunque ben presentata e più che soddisfacente. Nel complesso esperienza super positiva. Da rifare.

AMAZING hotel!!!

the food can be little bit better, compared to the gorgeousness of the hotel, we think the food can be better.

Disappointed by the room

Main problem was with the room, it was next to some sort of engine room so it was noisy at night. Additionally the room was on a separate building which means we had to make a short walk out in the cold to the main building for breakfast, dinner, SPA etc. Which was even worse for my heavily pregnant partner who had to wear scarf and jacket every time. Room wasn’t particularly impressive and the mattress was lightly collapsed in the middle. The SPA was very good. We are now spending two nights at the QC terme Monte Bianco and is much better.

Not a 5 star hotel service as lots to improve from soar treatment to restaurante service. All issues raised with the hotels director and hopefully the improvements will follow soon
