No stay no Refund

The hotel owner said order didn't went through so we couldn't stay. But he also refused to give us the refund. Not recommended.

Dear Sir Despite her repeated and insistent communications, you do not seem to want to understand the problem. On 22 June 2019 at 22:08 an e-mail from EXPEDIA arrived, informing us of a possible reservation for 22 June 2019! Our facility checks in until 20.00 and reservations must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. We have not materially welcomed her even though she insistently called at 11.15pm on 22 June 2019; Sant'Anna HOSTEL (and not HOTEL) closes at 20:00. We are sorry about what happened to you, but you cannot blame us. If you have not understood what happened, we still regret it but we cannot allow you to discredit our work. Sant'ANNA Hostel
