It's a beautiful exceptional property, situated at the foot of Mount Pelée (the volcano of Martinique), offering a view of the Carbet peaks. It's close to numerous hiking trails around the town of La Trinité that will enchant you.

The single-story layout is highly suitable for both disabled and non-disabled individuals. Those eager to explore the lush vegetation of the North and discover the many hiking trails, as well as the two nearby surfer beaches (Anse Charpentier and Surfers' Beach), will be thrilled! There's no unpleasant smell of seaweed reaching this savannah ventilated by the trade winds. Several calm beaches are easily accessible nearby, perfect for swimming. The Tombolo and the Saint-James and HSE residences are within a 20-minute drive.

For relaxation and beach activities, you can visit Cosmy (10 minutes), the town of Trinité (8 minutes), Anse à Zéro (10 minutes), or the various beaches of the Caravelle peninsula (15 minutes).

It's a magnificent property, secluded and tranquil, with beautiful finishes on a 1589m2 plot in a less frequented area of Trinité, just 4 minutes by car from the Louis Domergue Hospital Center.
