Super hôtel, super séjour, à refaire !
Publié le 11 août 2016 sur HotelsSuper séjour, très bel hôtel, très grandes chambres confortables et rénovées, petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité, vue sur la vallée, dans un petit village mignon. Le dîner qui est proposé en supplément est un régal, pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Le personnel est très attentionné. Seul point négatif: le débit du wifi est un peu lent

avendo prenotato all'ultimo era disponibile solo la suite. una camera enorme con balcone su due lati dal quale si poteva godere di una splendida vista. pulizia giornaliera e staff molto cordiale e disponibile. la colazione a buffet abbondante e con tutte le misure anti covid. stessa cosa per la cena, con menu del posto diverso ogni sera.

Ho trovato un'ottima struttura per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti e l' ottima qualità del cibo. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room. The worst part about this hotel were the nearby nearby churches which insisted on ringing their bells every 15 minutes from 6:00 am onward. The price of the hotel was not bad and location was ok. I was disappointed as it was a hotel that I thought would be perfect from the reviews I read and the photos I saw.

Dear Mr. Marco,
We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable in our hotel, but if you had communicated your complaints directly during your stay, we would have been happy to help you. Both people who are at the front desk speak English!
The doors of our rooms are equipped with a button that you should press, if you want to signal the maid that you are in the room and do not want to be disturbed.
If you throw the towels on the floor these will always be changed by our maid (as in every hotel).
The bells ring from 07.00 not from 06.00.
At the front desk you never suggested any amenity, so we could not improve anything. Both sides would have had an advantage if you had communicated the problems immediately so that we could have solved them immediately!

Camera ampia e spaziosa, un pò datato e rivedibile l'arredamento, bagno ampio e pulito, colazione e cena ineccepibile.

Hotel accogliente e personale molto gentile; camera singola spaziosa, confortevole e molto pulita. Discreta la cucina.
