Friendly and helpful staff and volunteers. Well stocked kitchen. Great atmosphere. I feel like they would find a way to help with any request for food, activities, places to go. We'd stay there again.

Stayed as a couple for what started as 4 and turned into 6 nights here - in the King bed rooms and loved every minute of it. The photos don’t do the view justice, while the area calls you to adventure all day, any moment at the hostel is well spent as well. Organized, clean, delicious smoothies (we started every day with a couple browns), strong ass coffee, and just lovely overall. Would stay again :)

If you want peace and quiet this your place. The views from the property were amazing. It’s an easy walk to the beach and stores. The bed was very comfy. Would stay there again.

Perfect spot for outgoing travelers!
We had an amazing time at LVH&H. Miguel, the main host was friendly and spoke excellent english. All of the staff, Jorge, Patty, Erica etc were great. Our room was a smaller one with a queen bed and was comfy. I would probably get a king sized one next time because I travel with my husband but for the cost it was great. They have an excellent smoothie and coffee bar open every morning, and a communal kitchen that is organized and clean. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Me gusto la propiedad en general lo único que se hizo bastante irritante la cantidad de moscas y mosquitos . Como sugerencia recomiendo repelentes naturales y abanicos de exterior para auyentarlos. Por lo demás estaba todo bien.

Enter La Ventana. In a serendipitous escapade, we found ourselves seeking refuge from Hurricane Hillary in the quaint embrace of this Baja jewel. La Ventana Hostel isn't your typical backpacker's haunt. It's an evocative blend of nostalgia and present-day wonders. The staff? Oh, they’re not just your average employees – they're sizzling with enthusiasm, always dancing that extra mile to ensure your stay is as alluring as a Baja sunset. Our room, though simple, had that alluring touch of spiciness - impeccably clean and just right for those who appreciate the minimalist beauty. And for the nomadic soul yearning for the sea’s embrace, the beach is but a saucy, short strut away, accompanied by tantalizing food stands that seduce your senses. Driving aficionados, take note! Cruising around in your vehicle adds that dash of exhilaration, offering tempting tastes of distant beaches and hidden eateries. But the pièce de résistance? The open-air kitchen where we cooked up a storm. Literally! As Hurricane Hillary whirled outside, my wife and I, along with two brave souls from the staff, conjured a pre-hurricane feast that I dare say, might’ve given the tempest a touch of envy. Best Hostel in all Baja, one of a kind, the place itself has a soul, it is not just bricks and a bed, you become part of it. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Place is clean and walking distance to the beach and stores nearby. Sometimes I left things in the kitchen, common area, and nothing was ever missing.

Buena experiencia, únicamente al momento del check in se me informó que no aceptan mascotas, desconozco si no esté actualizada la información de hoteles.com, pero ya me había hospedado con anterioridad y si aceptaban mascota sin cargo extra, ya en comunicación se me respeto el ingreso de mi mascota, pues al mismo día de check in sigue apareciendo que si aceptan, sin mención de tarifa extra, que ahora es por 300 pesos, desconozco si por día o estancia. Fuera de eso, todo bien.
