Perfect Stay!
We had the best time staying at this rental. Everything we needed was provided, the home was clean with lots of space. It was about 20-30 mins to each visitor center at Zion. Our kids loved the board games, game room, and magnetic scrabble. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Amazing stay just outside Zion!
Amazing property perfect for family stay just outside Zion National Park! Location was very nice and clean. Plenty of activities/games inside the house and a large backyard great to hangout in the evenings. Also comes with complimentary golfcart and scooter to ride around town and grab groceries or do other activities. Check-in/out was easy. Host was super responsive and kind. Thanks for the great stay.

Phenomenal Fun and Convenient Stay
This VRBO was absolutely perfect! The games and toys were one of the highlights of our trip and really made exploring the neighborhood after long days hiking so much more enjoyable and fun! The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided wonderful recommendations. We hiked for three days in Zion, and it was a perfect drive from this site to the park entrance! This was also the perfect spot to stay in after two folks in our group got engaged in Zion!!!! Could not have had a more pleasant stay.

This house truly has everythinnnggggg!!!
Wow wow and WOW! This house was perfect for our trip to Zion. Conveniently located, close to highway, close to grocery, in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and welcoming home. The hosts really put a lot of care and thought into all the things they provided: from full kitchen amenities, soaps, pantry items, laundry, and bedding, to the games, maps, books, and wowzers did I mention the golf cart and scooter??!!! Spacious rooms - the pictures are great but don’t truly capture how much room there really is! Patios are perfect for outdoor sitting. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating in kitchen and dining areas. There was even granola bars in the fridge! Truly a home away from home experience! Highly highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home
Loved this property. Beautiful and clean home very close to Zion National Park. Just make sure you don't visit on Memorial Day weekend. Bryce Canyon is a little further drive, but is definitely worth it. Too crazy. House was well stocked and owner contacted us to let us know that we could get in early. Enjoyed all the fun games-air hockey and retro arcade game. My husband and son loved the scooter and golf cart. Absolutely loved layout of house. We were on one end of the house and our son was on the other. Would definitely recommend this place. Enjoyed food and views at a local coffee place recommended by owner. Great place!!!!

True 5 star stay
We couldn't ask for a better place to stay while exploring the areas nearby. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 and the games and scooter kept us occupied when at the house. A huge positive is this was by far the cleanest house we've stayed in. The owner was very welcoming and accomodating and the house has everything there you need for a long trip. We prepped and ate most of our meals at the house and had all the pots and pans etc that we needed. I would come back here for sure the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend.

perfect place to hang when visiting Zion and the surrounding area
We were two families - 4 adults, 2 young teens and pre-teen. We picked this house for its close location to Zion national park, and because of all the "extra" entertainment elements we thought would be fun for both us and the kids. We weren't disappointed at all, everything was terrific in the house. You can the owners have really put in some significant effort in having entertainment at the house, and it was really appreciated by our group. Everything in the house was clean, welcoming, and, well, just worked. Also, the kitchen was very well furnished and equipped with basics, making it easy if you wanted to eat in and buy groceries from the local supermarket (1 mile away, and surprisingly good). Good communication from the owners...and everything was just smooth and easy. Would return, and recommend to friends & family!

Great for Families, Especially Teens
The property is in excellent shape and well appointed. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt comforting to come back to after a day trip of hiking. Grocery and convenience stores and a coffee shop located within blocks. Our kids loved playing games in the game room (converted garage) and taking spins around the block with us in the scooter’s side car. Good place to stay in the event the weather doesn’t cooperate and you can’t do the outdoor excursions you may have planned—there’s plenty to keep a family entertained at the house. Nearby hikes in La Verkin are a great alternative on days you don’t feel like driving to Zion. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. They offered tips to us and are quick to respond to inquiries.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The house is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need to feel at home, especially when you can bring your pups! We had a blast exploring La Verkin as the house is conveniently located near the town, as well as the beautiful short drive to Zion. Even though the weather kept us home for a day we never ran out of games or entertainment. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful house with all the amenities one may need to spend the best of times. Close to everything: restaurants, Zion National Park, Sandy Hallow State Park, trails and more. I will definitely stay on a next occasion. The golf cart and the scooter is a plus.

Perfect VRBO for Zion area family vacation
We didn't know anything about the area, took a chance with this VRBO listing and turned out perfectly. Location is literally at beginning of highway entering south into Zion, in La Verkin so we had all the amenities of a little city, plus the Zion Village just miles away. Sheila has her home COMPLETELY set up for a perfect stay, directions for everything, guidebooks, amazing. 3 bedrooms - a beautiful master, a separate bedroom with king bed and another with 2 smaller beds. Worked perfectly for our family of 5. Beautiful sitting area in front courtyard and backyard patio. We'll be using this lovely place again for our next trip. Going to hit Zion again, and this time Bryce too. Beautiful home, made a great choice.

Fantasic stay, loved the house/town and proximity to Zion
My huband, mother in law, and 2 children 7/10 stayed here for a week for Spring Break. We LOVED the house -- the kids had so much fun playing air hockey, the Pac Man machine, and all the games in the closet. We really enjoyed La Verkin -- the local coffee shop was excellent and we walked to Confluence Park several times to hike in the canyon on the days we didn't feel like driving. It was easy to access Zion -- about a 30 min drive. We also really loved Snow Canyon State Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. The house was cozy and very well stocked -- bathrooms had TP, shampoo/conditioner, abundant towels. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and baking supplies you would need to make meals and basic things like salt/pepper/cooking spray, coffee filters. We would stay here again for sure.
