Unwind in comfort and style at this cozy vacation home near Zion National Park. Perfect for families who love to hike and relax, this property offers everything you need for a stress-free getaway. Sink into the comfortable beds after a day of exploring and enjoy a soak in the master suite's tub. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the large HD flat screen TV in the living room provides a cozy space for movie nights. Dine al fresco on the outdoor dining area and fire up the grill for a barbecue in the backyard. Embrace the tranquility and comfort of this idyllic vacation retreat.

**Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

Great Option for Visiting Zion National Park
We stayed here three nights and were very comfortable. Tyler made it a very smooth experience. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The reason I chose this place was it allowed us our privacy and had a kitchen. Its a good value compared with the choices in Springdale. Springdale is expensive and you would have to share beds and eat out. The drive is not that long; the only advantage Springdale has is for people in a group where interests differ - you'd be able to do your own thing without having to coordinate. La Verkin has an overpriced grocery store otherwise there is a larger town about 10-15 minutes west that has the usual chain stores. Also, two parts of Zion that are less visited are pretty close - Kolob Canyon and Kolob Terrace.

Perfect for Visiting Zion and Bryce!
I stayed here during my visit to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It's only a 30 min drive to Zion and about a two hour drive to Bryce. The house had everything we needed and it was a great place to come back to after full days at each park. Tyler was also a very responsive host and answered any questions we had immediately. I would definitely rent again if I was in the area!

Clean and beautiful home in La Verkin
My family and I stayed here to visit Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. We had a nice time staying here. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates and pots/pans. The host was very responsive and checked in and asked us how our stay was going. The only areas of improvement I would say are the bedrooms felt a bit dusty and we had to open the windows and the pillows were very lumpy, mattresses too soft. However, would still highly recommend this home. Very nice, quiet, and safe location!

Southern Utah, Exceptionally Comfortable Home, Full Amenities, Quiet Neighborhood!
What more could a visitor to Southern Utah ask for? From booking to departure, Host Tyler Howard makes one's stay in this home an absolute joy. His advance communication was great, directions were perfect, Self-Check-in could not be easier... We found the home spotlessly clean and fully appointed. From linens, to towels, shampoo and conditioner, pots, pans, dining ware, essential food-stuffs, and all the necessary appliances, beds and sofas were inviting and comfortable. Just minutes from so much to do: Zion, Bryce, Sand Hollow Dunes, Gunlock Falls, Peek-a-Boo Slotted Canyon, the Grand Canyon's North Rim, and so much more... following long days of hiking and exploration, this home provides the perfect central location to relax in-between, while preparing for the next adventure and days of endless entertainment. Will most certainly stay here again the next time in the area !

The house was very clean and had a nice supply of basic essentials for our stay.
We did a last minute trip and communication was great! We were given clear detailed instructions for our stay. The neighborhood was small and quiet. Location was about an easy 20 minute drive to Zion National park, where we spent most of our time. The town has some nice restaurants, two grocery stores, gas stations, and a great coffee shop. The property was well supplied with basic essentials- linens, shower has low pressure but had soap, shampoo, conditioner, the kitchen is stocked with basics for cooking, there's a nice covered back patio with grill, there's laundry with detergent, and you have access to garage parking. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! It was very clean, plenty of space for a small group, great location and cost for enjoying the National Parks. Nothing but the best
Excellent place to stay. Love being so close to Zion and St. George yet in a small town with a grocery store 4 blocks away. House has everything you need. Especially love the whirlpool tub. Nice patio. With abundant seating. Tyler was very easy to work with. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in one of the homes he manages and will expect to continue to do so.

An immaculate and spacious home
Our family of six adults stayed four nights while visiting nearby Zion National Park. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked. The kitchen had plenty of gear for cooking meals. There’s a nice grill outside adjacent to a covered deck with a big table and eight chairs. Wi-Fi worked fine. The main bedroom and bath are quite large, with a walk-in closet. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Zion, so the location is great. The property manager Tyler communicated clearly and quickly fixed one small mechanical problem we had. Can’t really go wrong here.
