Our home is very comfortable.
900 Sq Ft Walk-out basement.
We do live upstairs so you will hear some noise.
***We do have a few rules***
1. No Smoking!
2. Please remove your shoes in the house. We want the home to be as clean as it can be for you and future guests.
3. Absolutely No Pets so please don't ask!
4. Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products, flushable wipes, or trash. Doing so could clog our pump and cause it to overflow.

Kitchen
Our kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. We have a microwave for heating up leftovers and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. We also have a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. We Do Not have a kitchen sink, dishwasher, or oven. Who wants to cook and wash dishes while they are on vacation?

Family Room
Our family room has a large and Comfortable sectional and a 50" Smart T.V. equipped with cable and WiFi. We also have central air and heating.

Bathroom
Our bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and a blow dryer are provided.

Bedrooms
We have 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan in each. One bedroom has a closet and 1 nightstand. The other bedroom has 2 nightstands and an armoire with a closet rod and drawers so you have a place for your clothes.

We Do Not have a washer and dryer available but there are laundromats near by.

Good location for Zion or Hurricane-area rides and hikes
We did a two-night stay here. Nice central location for Zion or St. George--it's about 30 minutes for either. The property was as listed, and was very clean. The full-size fridge was nice to have, the lack of a kitchen didn't affect us much as we likely would not have used it.

We enjoyed a two night stay here while visiting Zion National Park. The park was about 30 minutes from the property. The property was as listed, and included a hot tub which I did not remember on the listing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great location for Zion
We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Zion area. Super clean with all you need. It’s a cute little town about 30 minutes from Zion. The hot tub as perfect after a long day of hiking. We would defiantly stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay for Adventuring around La Verkin / Hurricane
Stayed at this well-located, well-appointed, spacious, spotless, quiet basement walk-out apartment with a buddy with whom I was exploring mountain biking trails up on Gooseberry Mesa on our roadtrip way to Kanab, Lake Powell and Moab. Nothing but positives to recommend about the accommodations and the clarity and timeliness of communications of the hosts. Hot tub out back in the golden late afternoon sunshine was perfect to soothe aching muscles. Not a ding against the property but not that we walked into Hurricane thinking that we could cab or Uber/Lyft home after some drinks, but found to our dismay there is seemingly no cab service in either town that we could find. But we would absolutely stay here again the next time in town. Loved the place and had very restful sleeps in the well-soundproofed apartment and the bed comfy beds.

Was nice and clean with spacious rooms. No kitchen, but were just there overnight.
Spacious, clean place to stay. Especially appreciated their generous cancellation policy since we were not able to get Zion shuttle tickets. We only needed one night instead of two as a result of needing to change our plans..

Lovely, clean and comfortable space.
We had a lovely stay in this newly renovated space. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. I misread the property description when booking and thought there was a full kitchen in the property but Kassidee was kind enough to accommodate us with some kitchen utensils so we could get by. My only suggestion would be to add a recycling bin. Thanks for a lovely stay!
