The house is in poor shape. It took over a day for the a/c to cool the house off. We had multiple issues with the electric. We spent the first couple days flipping breakers in order to keep both a/c and lights going. The deck is dangerous, many warped boards.
I wouldn’t recommend this home and won’t be back.

Gina, I find your assessment unfair and aggressive. I myself stayed at the villa after you left and I did not encounter any electrical problems. But you forgot to mention that you had broken the washing machine. Noelissa asked you several times if everything was okay and you never answered her. Often, for some, the best defense is attack. It is a shame.

Loved the property and the fantastic views.
Check in and out with Dani went smoothly and she shared many links for things to do. House was a little more remote than we would have liked but didn’t keep us from enjoying the whole island.

Wonderful stay in St. Lucia
Posted Jul. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved our stay at 3 Palms Villa. The house manager, Dani. Was outstanding and knew so much about the island. There were 4 of us including 2 young adult children. We loved the pool and private beach. The house was very comfortable. We spent 6 day and alternated between days at the villa And days exploring the island. We would highly recommend 3 palms
Villa to anyone who wants to visit st. Lucia but avoid the crowds of the resorts to the north. Laborie has wonderful restaurants and we loved cooking at the villa.

Quiet and private
Posted Jul. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThis rental and its location were perfect for a quite get away to St. Lucia. We spent many hours each day just enjoying the view from the huge deck and the pool. The house was well kept and had many great features to enhance our stay.
The location in the south of St. Lucia away from the resort areas was a big plus for us. We were just a 30 minute drive from Soufriere and the Pitons which gave us many options for activities during our stay. We appreciated the local feel to the area instead of commercialized area around the resorts which don't give a person the true sense of the island.
The property manager Dani was a huge help and went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks Dani!!

Unbelievable view, quiet, great value
Posted Jul. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property is situated on a point and has an incredible view of the ocean. Gros Piton is visible as is St Vincent on a clear day. Dani and team were extraordinary hosts making sure to personally check us in and out. We had the misfortune of being on site for Hurricane Beryl but Dani and Manley helped us feel at ease. The property has storm shutters on every window and door and we felt safe as the storm rolled through. The pool was a favorite for the kids. The beach is meh but it’s nice to have nearby. I recommend looking up Anse L’Ivrogne for a truly remote beach that isn’t too far of a drive. A couple things to know about the location. The Massey grocery in Choiseul is the closest and least busy but not as well stocked as the Massey in Vieux Fort. We had a hard time finding meat that wasn’t frozen in Choiseul. The gates were a little off putting initially and made me question the safety of the neighborhood. However, by the time we left we realized it really is a safe, quiet neighborhood and the gated areas appear to be more of an issue where neighbors are trying to block access to the beach and villas from others nearby—suburbia knows no cultural barriers lol. Communication was excellent which was critical for us. When we got in US carriers were blacked out internationally, the Bank of St. Lucia was on strike, and the hurricane came through days in to our stay. It could’ve been a nightmare vacation but Dani and team went above and beyond to make it a trip we loved!

Best R & R ever!
Posted Jun. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayMy friend and I do a trip every June and this has been the best place yet! We love to float in the pool so we spent most of our time there. Another plus was NO NOISE except the ocean crashing below! Loved it!! Everything was like the pictures!! Dani the manager was the best with tips and reservations.....highly recommend Treetops for a very unique restaurant and the best views!

What a view!
Posted May 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThe staff response, location, cleanliness and overall set up of this villa is fabulous. We stayed for a month and split our days between activities on the island and lounging at the pool.
The sunsets; beach etc are amazing and the villa has all you need and comfortable. One thing to know that this villa is constantly booked. As such it is difficult for staff to be given the opportunity to do maintenance on the pool area and since the pool decking is in constant sun, it shows the wear and tear. we quickly got over that, and enjoyed our stay immensely. I depend on honest reviews and as such mention this in our review. The view alone is a multi-million dollar item! And would definitely stay again.

Idyllic...
Posted Apr. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayMy wife and I were fortunate enough to come across this property when we were looking for places to stay in St. Lucia... the house and setting honestly couldn't be more perfect. Sitting high on a cliff, the ocean views are stunning, and between swimming in the pool and body-surfing the waves at our (basically) own private black sand beach, our kids never wanted to leave the house. The owner, John, and property manager, Dani, were great to work with, and we couldn't recommend this property more. This was our first time in St. Lucia, and we're definitely hoping to go back again soon. If you've never been, make sure you get the lambi (conch) wrap at Aquarius on the Bay... outstanding!
