Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HotelsKey didn’t work for first three hours. Was not moved to a new room despite requests. No offer to upgrade for stay for the inconvenience. Pool and gym hours are frustrating. The Hill View is TERRIBLE. The call to prayer at 4am will wake you up.

While our team worked diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you successfully entered the room within three hours, we regret that it caused such frustration during your stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a complimentary upgrade at the time, and we appreciate your understanding.We also acknowledge your comments regarding the pool and gym hours, and we will review these to enhance the guest experience. As for the noise from the Hill View room, being centrally located in Labuan Bajo means that external sounds, such as the call to prayer, are a part of the local environment. We do provide earplugs in the rooms to help mitigate any disturbance, and we recommend our sea view rooms for a quieter experience.We truly value your feedback and will use it to improve. The hotel had an excellent view of the harbor and was well maintained. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and communicated well. The only complaint I have is the noise from the boats in the harbor and the staff cleaning carts can be heard early in the morning.
