The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. If the bed is good, I'm usually good! The view is amazing!

Overall I have had better services in 3 and 4 star hotels in Indonesia. Therefore the price you pay is much overrated comparing for what you get. Even for taking a towel to beach you must pay 50000 rupiah. I could understand if you pay a deposit and you lose the towel you must pay. No you must rent it. Also with check in something went wrong and I had to wait for 2 hours administration time. Without even offering a drink for waiting. I hope the new starting manager (who I personally spoke) can get it to 5 star. The view from the hotel is great, but for me it takes much more to get a 5 star treatment when you pay so much money, espescially in Indonesia. Next time we will take other hotel.

The nearby Mosque had an extremely loud and frequent prayer recording. We ate at the rooftop bar. Food was so-so and the wine was terribly expensive for not very good wines. The waiter spilled wine on our table and did not clean it up. Had to move to a different table.

Beautiful hotel, food and views where amazing, only thing i would recommend is to change the doors or something because is very easy to hear what is going on in the hallway so it can be a little bit noisy
