The building was old, and some facilities were broken (not too serious). But the room was clean, and the staff was kind—good value for the price.

Not too bad

The staff was good and friendly. Hotel seems little run down and old. Room was ok but there’s like a rotten food or something strange smell near my bed.

Although it is an old hotel, the facilities provided match with the new hotels - at the price I paid for the rooms. What I liked is this hotel is right in Labuan town... the shops are within walking distance

The owner is a kind and nice person. He takes our requests seriously. Walking distance to most attractions in Bandar Labuan.
