Ahhhhhh.....peace.
Posted Jun. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayThis house and property was the perfect home away from home for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. Very comfortable and private, full of natural light and stunning open views from each room. We could gather together easily, or have a bit space to ourselves if wanted. Felix was easy to connect with and we enjoyed meeting him too! The house is well stocked with cooking needs and even some common personal items that one might have forgotten to pack! Very comfortable and tastful & fun interior design. This is the place we will stay for our next Quebec visit - hands down! We stayed Wednesday through Monday, and travelled to Montreal, Sutton, Saint-sur-Richelieu, Point-Claire... loved exploring, loved coming back to 35 Chemin Scott!

Posted Aug. 31, 2022 on HomeAwayThis country property was a lovely and well equipped home. Check-in was easy and Felix responded quickly to questions. My family and I were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. The advertisement for this property needs a small adjustment in that King size beds are advertised and they are all Queens. The beds were all comfortable and served our purposes very well so this didn't matter to our group.

You are right, it's all Queen beds in each and every room, although VRBO does not seem to translate the bed sizes properly from when I created the ad in French, to the English section when it was displayed on your computer probably. I will definitely look into it and change the room descriptions. Thanks for mentioning that.

Amazing stay
Posted Aug. 26, 2022 on HomeAwayThe location, the convenience of what's available in the property, the views. Incredible stay. We just didn't have enough time to do half of what we wanted to do. So many activities. We shall be back!

Great property

The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic and the large open plan and practical downstairs layout meant it didn’t feel cramped staying there as a group. Plus the large deck and open grass spaces added to the overall enjoyment.

Lovely chalet in West-Brome
Posted Apr. 26, 2022 on HomeAwayThe chalet is wonderful, fully-equipped with everything you may need for your stay from kitchen gear to board games to a weight bench. Four great bedrooms and one room with a futon. Four bathrooms. Tons of space, amazing views, and beautiful sunlight.
Totally recommend, however, if you don't like lady bugs, this is not the place for you, as there is a pretty serious infestation in the house. Also, communication with Félix could have been a bit better at times, but overall, he was very helpful, and we all enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Relaxing Getaway

West Brome
Posted Mar. 22, 2022 on HomeAwayBeautiful property, great for two families, in a quiet location with well stocked kitchen and a nice living room to hang out. House was advertised for 10 people but the 5th bedroom had a futon that was only large enough for 1 1/2 people so we ended up having to use an air mattress for the 10th person. The house had a serious ladybug problem upstairs and were around the windows, in the shower and even found a few in the beds.

Très beau séjour !

Très belle propriété qui est équipée au-delà de nos attentes, accessoires de cuisine, lingerie, jeux, livres etc.
Par contre les indications au sujet du nombre d’occupants n’est pas clair sur le site VRBO. Nous étions 10 personnes et on a dû payer des frais supplémentaires pour 2 personnes additionnelles.
Les informations reçues ( format PDF) la veille de notre arrivée, de la part de VRBO, étaient seulement en anglais.
Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer M. Leblanc qui est très sympathique et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Emplacement idéal
Posted Mar. 8, 2022 on HomeAwayCette superbe maison est situé dans un décor bucolique. Par contre, je ne considère pas qu'il y a cinq chambres, la cinquième étant un mini-gym qui ne possède qu'un futon un peu trop usé pour mes gouts. De plus, le chalet a un sérieux problème de cocinelles. Il devait y en avoir une trentaine dans la douche de la chambre à coucher principale. De plus, en regardant sous le lit de la chambre à coucher des maitres, c'était un cimetière de cocinelles, clairement l'équipe de ménage à couper les coins ronds.

Merci pour ce beau commentaire Mme Druce, malheureusement effectivement avec le redoux des derniers jours les coccinelles ont tendance à ressortir étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une propriété entourée de forêts et de champs.
Il est indiqué sur l’annonce que l’une des 5 chambres a un canapé-lit/futon, il semble avoir été poussé à ses limites cet hiver bien qu’il soit neuf de cet automne. Je tâcherai d’indiquer plus clairement dans la description à propos du futon dans la pièce.

Magnifique demeure
Posted Feb. 13, 2022 on HomeAwayBeaucoup de commodité nous avons adoré , le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos interrogations. Seul hic ils y avaient beaucoup de coccinelles autour des fenêtres. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
