Not much to complain about, had a small plumbing problem, it was quickly delt with.

It was a very nice stay, except for checking in. The receptionist was a little rude. I asked where the pool was and he said "Just wait I am doing this" instead of saying that he could have pointed or said over there. Then I asked about my points and he said "just wait" again, it was frustrating. It was a long check in process even though I booked online with my credit card. I wasn't offered the website address but after I checked in, he was informing the next individual the wifi address and was courteous to him.

Not happy that tge wake up call didnt happen and i was stuck and no one would help

The staff was very nice. The tv in my room didn’t work, so they moved me to a different room which was actually much bigger!
