"The kindest staff ever. I was a unique case, my original hotel giving my room away and leaving me with nothing on a busy holiday. Jungle Sanctuary kept me from being on the street for a night. BE AWARE. This hotel does not want to be listed by Expedia. Expedia consistently allows customers to book with this hotel, even when the hotel is already fully booked. I showed up and they had heard nothing about me. Although I do recommend this hotel, DO NOT book with them through Expedia. Reach out to them directly if you want to stay here, because Expedia may leave you stranded like they did me"

"We couldn't stay the first night at the Golden Temple Boutique, & stayed instead at the Golden Temple Villa. Joey of the Golden Temple Boutique warmly welcomed us. The bed in our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flower petals. For our first full day in Siem Reap, Joey arranged a private car & an English speaking guide to take us to Angkor Wat. While we were away, the staff moved our suitcases to the Golden Temple Boutique. Seamless! The guide was very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat. We walked through 3 temple areas. Each time, we arrived at an exit / entrance, the hotel driver met us, and offered us, in the vehicle, a refreshing cold wet facecloth, a bottle of cold water & a chance to cool down, before driving us to the next temple area. Before we went to Siem Reap, we arranged, through Joey, a private car to meet us at Siem Reap airport & one to take us back to the airport when we left. Joey also arranged a birdwatching trip, by boat, on the second day. It is easy to walk past the Golden Temple Boutique & not notice it. The entrance into the hotel, once you find it, is a calm & serene oasis, with running water, beautiful plants & flowers. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, & we enjoyed other meals. Our room was large, well appointed & very clean. The staff, especially Joey, were wonderful & kind. We would love to stay again at the Golden Temple Boutique. Truly, a home away from home."

"A wonderful place to stay in central Siem Reap. Mini Mart, ATM and restaurants are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff is the best, with staying there just for this reason. "

"We had a amazing stay at Hotel Vellita, from the minute we walked into the hotel and being greeted with welcome drinks to the moment we left the staff were so friendly, professional and polite and I can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome. The room was perfect with a large comfortable bed, clean modern shower / toilet and a large deep bathtub. The room was spacious with a balcony and was very clean. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and the breakfast was delicious with freshly made juices. The hotel is a short drive from the town centre we used the grab app to get tuk tuks which were very cheap and the app is safe and easy to use however it is also walkable. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay so special. "
