Nice house not overlooked, in the pine forest which has been entirely re-decorated this year.
Ideally located in a small holiday residence, both quiet (even in the middle of summer) near the beaches and the city center, close to bike paths, between ocean and lake.
The car is not essential (it is even advisable to leave it in the car park of the residence).

Two adjoining bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom is equipped with a bed of 140, the second bedroom is equipped with two beds of 90 cm.

Pour un couple / famille uniquement
Pour une location à 1200 euros la semaine je suis très déçu. Est indiqué 2 chambres alors qu’il n’y en a qu’une seule. Il faut aimer la promiscuité comme les 2 chambres sont séparées par un simple rideau. Ma déception vient certainement des photos qui ne montrent jamais que les 4 lits sont dans la même chambre. Question propreté j’ai dû laver les poêles, casseroles et saladiers. Pour le barbecue prévu, penser à amener votre grille et autres ustensiles. Plancha déconseillée. Elle n’a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps. L’année prochaine je reloue mais à côté pour 800 euros au lieu de 1200 pour la même période. A ÉVITER ! P.S. : j’ai des photos au cas où vous seriez intéressés.

déçus...
Accueil chaleureux par la dame envoyée par les propriétaires, après ça s'est gâté... La maison était vraiment sale (restes alimentaires dans le micro-onde, miroir de la salle de bain opaque de saletés, parois de la douche sales, plinthes non faites depuis un bout de temps, caillebotis sans joint dans la salle de bain donc les interstices se sont remplis au mieux de sable sinon de poussières et de poils...) l'électricité est également capricieuse avec des lumières qui s'allument quand elles en ont envie. Il n'y a en réalité qu'une seule chambre séparée en 2 par un rideau, dans la partie "enfants" il est difficile de se tenir debout car en sous-pente. Aucun moyen de vider les valises car il n'y a pas de meuble vide pour accueillir les vêtements. L'emplacement était par contre tout à fait judicieux ce qui a sauvé notre séjour...mais ce logement mérite un grand nettoyage de fond et est davantage adapté pour 2 personnes.

Petite maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Endroit calme pour se reposer mais très proche des voisins. Nous avons abandonné notre voiture pendant une semaine et loué des vélos à Nomade vélo. 🚲 je recommande! Le Jacuzzi est très agréable! Mini bémol douche rikiki. 🚿 De magnifiques vacances je recommande vivement!! 🌈

Eine schöne Unterkunft unter Pinien, sehr angenehm!
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und die Übergabe lief problemlos und unkompliziert. Sehr nett und angenehm, französische Sprachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft, aber auch mit Englisch kommt man durch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr praktisch mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, funktionierendem Staubsauger und anderen praktischen Dingen. Auf dem Herd mit zwei kleinen Platten kocht es sich nicht so gut, geht aber. Die Betten für die Kinder sind unter sehr niedrigen Dachbalken und es ist eigentlich ein Schlafraum, nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Kindern gefällt das sicher. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen, nur ein Fahrrad zu benutzen, aber man kann vor Ort Bessere leihen. Insgesamt ruhig, wir hatten nur einen lauteren Nachbarn, da hatten wir wohl Pech. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!
