Chambre type motel ! Salle de bain bof avec evier bouché et lunette de WC branlante...sale de petit déjeuner pas très propre : machine à gaufre cassée, manque de pain à 9h... Chambre bruyante...bruits autoroute.

I room had blood splatter on the wall, paint falling off in other places and breakfast was a granola bar and juice and the Jacuzzi was as with as the pool

No elevator made things difficult. In the bathroom, the hair dryer did not work, no plastic cups were provided for water, there was no plug in the sink and I lost an earring down the drain because of it. The worst thing by far was the lack of cleanliness of the carpet. I inadvertently walked to the bathroom during the night without my slippers. When I stepped into the shower the next morning, a lot of dirt washed off the bottom of my feet. The short walk to the bathroom was the only time I walked barefoot during my time in Seattle. This was so disgusting. Also extremely distressing was my treatment by the staff. I decided last minute to stay in Seattle an additional day so extended my stay through American Airlines. When I completed that transaction, I called the front desk and told them that I had extended my stay. At 10:00pm, someone banged on my door. Being alarmed, I did not answer the knock and they opened the door. Luckily, I had the chain engaged or they would have come into my room. This was very frightening and upsetting. I called the front desk and told them someone tried to enter my room. The individual who answered my call said he had sent them to demand that I come to the front desk since I had not paid for that night. I told him I had informed the front desk I had paid for the additional night through American Airlines. He said nobody told him about my message. That is unacceptable. Worst hotel experience out of over 300 stays

What was to like. Upon checkin our room was dirty the ac was broken and no breakfast even though it says breakfast is included. Second room they put us in was nearly as bad. No AC TV didn’t work. Still no breakfast. Rude management. And unwilling to work with us.
