Plenty of space!
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for three adults and two kids. You could probably fit one or two more kids here comfortably. Nothing fancy but has everything you'll need for the NH lakes region.

Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cottage with open floor plan downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful pool overlooking the lake. Lake access is not the best for swimming but the public beach is less than 5 minutes down the road.

Amazing Trip / Owners!

Nice rental
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice.
The not bad but not great:
The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids.
Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin beds, were old and springy. Host asked us to bring our own pillows and sheets which was an odd request. I let the hosts know since we're traveling by air that's not possible and so sheets were left out, but would have been nice if the beds were made for us. (Esp when traveling with kids.) The dishwasher wasn't unloaded when we arrived, which wasn't a big deal, but felt like a lot of housework to unload dishes and make beds on arrival. Plus all the housework when checking out.

From the owner: "I'm sorry about the pool being closed. The pool usually stays open until the end of Sept but weather permitting it was closed a little early this year. We do provide towels and hand towels in the bathrooms, along with toilet paper, tissues and liquid soap. Some people would rather have their own pillows and sheets but we do provide those for all our guests. Beds are not made in case a renter does want to use their own bedding, however, we do appreciate your feedback as it is very important to us so we can improve for all of our guests. Thank you."

Our first time staying at this property and it was great! Owner was helpful when we had questions about checking in. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a hand written note from the owners and a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. The house was clean and the binder the owners have out on the counter, is full of just about any information or helpful tips we could have needed during our stay. If we come back to the area or hear of anyone looking for a reasonable and great property to rent we’ll surely recommend this one. It’s was a fantastic weekend!

Fortunately, their due diligent prevented any further damage and kept us well informed. Thank you for keeping it human!

Over priced for the amenities and location

From the owners: "We are sorry to hear the location did not meet your expectations. While the condo association is located on the main road heading to Weirs Beach, the house is set far back from the road up the hill. The walk or drive into downtown is only half a mile and many people do walk up and down that road all throughout the summertime. We have been told by others how much they enjoy the location as it is in close proximity to the Weirs Beach area and having the ice cream place across the street is also a nice advantage.
The beach area is only available to owners and guests staying at the condo. We provide lounge chairs so you can sit and watch all the boats go by or relax in the sun. If the beach was not up to your standards, we hope you were able to spend some time at the inground pool. The pool is only about 100' from the condo.
While we hope that all of our guests have a wonderful time here, and most of them do, we are very sorry if this was just not the right place for your stay."

Concert
Publié le 1 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe rented this place from Wednesday to Saturday and it was perfect. Location is ideal. Close to so much and right on the lake. We would stay here again. Fast respond from the manager on one small question that was easily taken care of.
