Beautiful lake

Great location and property manager
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had two families stay at the house. The location was perfect. We were all able to kayak, paddle boat and fish right in front of the house. We were walking distance to Weirs beach and the shopping area. The owner Pat was AMAZING. Having access to the Akwa Marina club was great since after a day of boating we were able to grab dinner, swim in the pool and hot tub.

Amazing Location

Right on the water with a dock, short walk to Weirs and access to amenities at the marina. Owners are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here, and have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really liked the place but it was very inconvenient to have to bring all bedding(blankets, sheets, pillows) also had to bring our own towels, toilet paper and paper towels. For the price I would have expected all of this to be included.

Amazing house

The location couldn’t have been better - access to the lake, pool, hot tub, and a short walk to Weirs Beach. It was exactly what we needed as a summer getaway. pat was super attentive and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything that we needed. I can’t wait to stay again next summer.

Weirs Beach Vaca
Publié le 17 août 2020 sur HomeAwayWe rented a newly renovated private home right on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. There was a low dock to walk right out into the water making boat and child access very easy. A private yacht club walking distance from the property had a pool and beach with bar and restaurant.
It was all ideal for my family and young children.
Owners and property manager were very accommodating. The house wS really nice.
