This is the second time I have stated this property. I like it there people are friendly and it’s very clean. The only thing is is the mattresses are old and bumpy at least in room 18. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

I wanna come back!
Loved this place! It’s a 3-minute walk to the boardwalk area so the location is ideal. The cottage itself was really cute with a small screened porch area to sit and enjoy and each cottage had outdoor Adirondack chairs as well. Much more enjoyable setting than a traditional motel room. Because the cottages are free-standing with no common/shared walls, there are windows on all sides that let the light in (but solid curtains for privacy). WiFi worked great. Got a little chilly the first night and the heater warmed up the place just fine. The family that manages it lives on site and were so friendly. They clearly take pride in the property. Great coffee house is a 5-minute drive to Laconia and drive runs along the lake for a gorgeous view.

Great stay, but bring blankets!
Nice clean cottage, simple stay with my young son. Only downside is at bedtime we realized there was no heat/no heavy blanket and it was a rough sleep. Crazy cold early october mornings up North.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get a lot of hotels on hotel.com. I’m starting to question the quality of the hotels one channel on the TV cold shower in the morning. It was cold no heat one Tiny little spread on the bed. Not happy will never stay there again

It was a pretty good place to stay. Definitely have stayed in worse places for more money. The heater in the room didn't work and it was a bit cold in the mornings. Nobody really works at the desk and the ice machine either wasn't working or wasn't turned on. The place was clean and the bed was comfy so I was pretty happy. Very close to weirs beach so that was great. I would stay here again I think
