Two week business stay trip. Stayed here on previous occasions.
1. The bathroom of my room had a large piece of ? Dog hair, right in front of my sink & what appeared to be the remnant of an insect, readily visible, in front of my bathtub.
2. Housecleaning at this facility, does Not even attempt to clean coffee mugs or plates. No less than two separate coffee mugs had gross stains/contaminents easily visible on them.
3. When i reported my concern to the front desk, lady seemed "dismissive": oh, they ontly do a room 'freshen-up' every two days. A "Fresh up"? Really?
4. WiFi. If u are unlucky, & get an end room, at the far end of either hallway, the Hotel wifi will probably Not work for you. I stayed on the 2nd floor, end room. The wifi signal & strength is great in the lobby, but as u walk down the hall, u will see it wane, then completely disappear.

We liked our stay and the hotel itself. However, one of the four rooms in our party had left over FOOD in the fridge from previous guests. When we called to have it removed. The staff took the full bottles of liquor and juices that we had put in fridge and threw it away. Full bottles that cost us over $80.00. I cannot understand how they could mistake the leftover food for the new liquor. Disappointing
