I loved the stay. The room was clean, staff was nice and the pool was awesome. I do recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as we didn't. But staff was great about lending us mote shampoo. If i ever come up this far again i would stay here again.

The a/c was filthy with all kinds of lint and dust in it; therefore I didn’t turn it on. The room was sketchy, and my truck was broken into in the parking lot.

We do regular cleanings of our units, but if guests have issues we encourage them to let the front desk know so we can make it right. We have new staff and appreciate the opportunity to be able to continue to train them. This is the first time we have heard that there were issues in the parking lot. We do have cameras on the parking lot and can view them for a certain amount of time. Guests are encouraged to lock their car doors and secure their possessions. The hotel is located on a road that is well traveled and the parking lot is well lit. We are sorry you did not have a good experience. Contact us to discuss viewing the camera footage.

Pool was broke. Nothing on Expedia website to advise customers of no pool or hot tub

We apologize that the pool closure online was not still listed online, it must have expired. Unfortunately we have had several setbacks with our HVAC and boiler repair with delays in parts and technicians that will cover our area. As of 6/20 the pool area is repaired and hope to open it up within the next couple of days when the pool water gets to the correct temp. We apologize for the inconvenience and will monitor changes in the future closer.
