Beautiful cabin on the river
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed in Shannon’s cabin for a week for a family wedding and loved the location and space. The cabin is tucked back into the woods and on the river and very beautiful! Shannon was a great host and very helpful for accommodations.

Wonderful Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and welcoming feeling we are greeted with every year we have stayed at your beautiful cabin. The “Honor the Fallen” ride was a success again this year. Wonderful stay!
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect place for our family gathering. Very private and peaceful location on the river with lots of room for our family of 5 adults. Beautiful location and cozy cabin with thoughtful attention to what was needed to make our trip special. Highly recommended!

The escape we needed

Amazing Cabin in the woods
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was off the beaten path. Right off the river with a nice fire pit outside. Pictures don't do this cabin justice. It is amazing inside, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and half bath up stairs, very clean. My family will for sure rent again!!

Family vacation
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is nestled nicely and a wooded area. It was so private and peaceful which is exactly what we all needed. We sure appreciated having four bedrooms spaced out. Being that said, you feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere, but local stores in town are just a short drive away. The fire pit was very large and accommodating for our group. It was nice to be able to do laundry and not have to bring it all home. The indoor washline in the basement came in handy after swimming. So many well thought out things available such as soap at the bathroom sinks. Just wish there was a way to make the staircase not squeak so bad so that those who were trying to sleep aren't woken up when those of us who stayed up late.

Thank you Barb! So glad you enjoyed your stay! We really try to make sure it feels like a home away from home by providing all the basic supplies and then going above and beyond those. We've been to places where there aren't enough towels or you bring your own supplies. We prefer to be fully stocked. You don't need even more things to pack when you go on vacation.
