Check-in staff was RUDE. TV service was intermittent. Bathroom fan lounded terrible. Entire hotel wasin the best shape. By far the worst Baymont I've stayed in. They never offered to do anything about it. I told several people and nobody seemed to care. Oh and there were small hairs on the ceiling of shower area- NOT mine

Shower faucet had hot water come out on Cold setting and vice versa. Mentioned to clerk who said she would tell maintenance. Breakfast was just basic.

Pathetic run down property being marketed as 3star
Expedia marketed this property as a three star hotel with a pool and up to date rooms. I get to the property and it’s a run down dump. I had two nights with my daughter that I missed because of false advertising. I never would have stayed here without a pool and to generally feel safe which I didn’t

I checked in online and I was told I would breeze through and get my keys. When I arrived I had to hand over my credit card, license, car info, sign documentation, etc. it was a waste of my time. The hotel hallway carpets are dirty, cleaning supplies were left in my room, the elevator sounds like it’s broken

Didnt stay, made a mistake in reservation. Wrong location we wanted Layette, louisiana instead. When we realized the mistake we called to cancel and they said we would be refunded 5-7days. They refused have no refund. We spoke to you and hotel , no help . We will never book with them and you again.

Room and deposit was charged twice on card as soon as we checked in, told them immediately and they told me nothing could be done… I had 90$ room for 2 nights and yet I had $615 held hostage on my card for 4 days. Bull crap! Their vending machine also ate money and front desk said they had no cash to give back. WTH!? Also some kind of little bugs in bed. Stay away!
