Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsWe booked a river view room and got a parking lot view. I asked about the price difference but the hotel said there is no price difference but on Hotels.com the parking lot view is about $20 cheaper. I paid the higher price but the hotel doesn’t feel I’m entitled a refund for the difference.
*they did call and ask if I was ok with a parking lot view, and if I was, to call them back. I wasn’t ok with it so I didn’t call them back which is what I assumed they meant for me to do yet I was still told I would not get a refund because they claim all rooms in this hotel are the same price (they need to change that on hotels.com then)

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did not get assigned to a River View room during this stay. It appears that our team only had a city side king available when you arrived. I can assure you that we do not charge for a River View room. Additional charges are only added based on Bed Types, amenity inclusions or room size.

Always a solid choice.
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsOverall, a solid hotel experience. Only two comments I have for consideration are:
With multi night stays, need to at least advise customer that housekeeping will not be coming to the room to make up room, replace used towels, etc.
Also, while our bathroom was not in an unclean state, there were splashes of something on the back of our bathroom door, and there was no conditioner in the multi-use containers in the shower.
Wish the hotel bar was open past 10pm, too, considering there was an event in the event space next to it.
