Sehr schöne Villa in Strand Nähe
Wir haben uns mit 6 Erwachsenen im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, das Haus großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es nur circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Small grocery store at reception. Beach close. Quiet neighborhood. Host attentive. Property manager quick to respond but did not always resolve our concerns/questions. Weekend property contact very nice but check in experience was poor. Yard of home huge. Comfortable outdoor options. Did not use pool or fireplaces. Well outfitted kitchen. Appliances worked well did not use the oven. Washing machine worked well. Had to ask for a drying rack. Difficult to dry clothes. The air is very damp. Check in process confusing on the weekend. Not much support. Housekeeper visited the house Monday - Friday from 10-12. Thorough job. Time was inconvenient for us. We could not change that time or have them not come. Wifi signal weak in bedrooms. Could not use it. Bad musty smell in all bedrooms. Could not put clothes in closets due to smell. Opened windows. Still no better. All in all great location, good house, manager support challenging. If the musty smell wouldn’t put you off, it would be a good choice.

Perfect beautiful villa
The villa was pretty much perfect.... amazing sea views and the layout works really well. Gloria came and cleaned every day (other than the weekend) which did take a bit of getting used to! But she kept the place tidy, recycling minimal, bins emptied, bathrooms clean and towels changed when needed so was very welcome! The villa itself has three very spacious bedrooms all with built in wardrobes - two have double beds / mattresses, one a twin which we separated for our two boys... all bedrooms have aircon but the living rooms doesnt - it does however have wraparound patio doors so the breeze flows through and therefore is no problem. The garden is magnificent as is the roof terrace for star gazing at night... if like us you now favour your phone for photos rather than a SLR, take it anyway for star shots! You wont regret it! The pool was plenty warm enough without optional heating and there was plenty of loungers / seating available. The villa is superbly situated at the end of the cul de sac so very quiet, but only an 8/9 minute walk to the centre of Carvoeiro - moreso coming back up the hill after cocktails! The auchan supermarket in Lagoa was the best we found and is around a 15 min drive - but there is a small supermarket on the complex about 5 mins walk which had most things for lunches etc. Overall, I can't fault this villa - it was beautifully decorated, well laid out, well equipped and perfectly maintained!

10 days of bliss
I’ve stayed in Carvoeiro 6 or 7 times in the last 20 years , and can say that this was the nicest villa I have stayed at , such an easy walk into town , but harder uphill coming home but only takes 5 mins. Villa was well equipped and spotless , wouldn’t hesitate in returning .

Great holiday in a fantastic villa…
We booked as six but ended up being four and had a fabulous couple of weeks in an area that we know very well… Carvoeiro has never failed us and we’ve been coming back on and off for 20 years.. With grown-up children in tow we needed somewhere bigger with more space and the villa was perfectly located fairly near to town .. The Monte Carvoeiro area is lovely with good amenities nearby .. The villa is beautiful and the kind of place you instinctively treat carefully like it’s your own.. Daily weekday service from the lovely Gloria was first class… Nothing to complaint about… only positives and that it’s booked throughout the year tells its own story… thank you.. !

Fantastic spacious villa in lovely area of Carvoeiro
Spacious villa perfect for our family of three generations. Heated pool perfect for April visit but weather was warm. Villa had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. Housekeeper available every day if wanted, kept everything sparkling! Short walk to lovely friendly bar and restaurants. Also short walk into the town centre and beach. Spar supermarket a bit limited but taxis available to larger supermarket just out of town.

Amazing 23 days
We had a wonderful 23 days at Casa da Alvorada. We stayed here last year and said we will return and we did. We actually booked it while we were here last year just to make sure we didn't loose it. What a location!, minutes from everything. Gloria the cleaner is amazing, she remembered us from last year and gave the kids a big hug when we arrived. We love Carvoeiro and have stayed here several times before but this villa tops it all and will definitely be back again.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben als Familie unseren Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa sehr genossen. Haus, Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es mangelt an nichts, die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und hat eine moderne Küche. Man kann den Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse zur Gartenseite beginnen, einen Grillabend im tollen Patio genießen und dann den Abend mit einem wunderbaren Blick von der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist jederzeit erreichbar und die total liebe Gloria hält im Haus alles super in Schuss. Auch der Poolservice war sehr aufmerksam und kam aufgrund der höheren Temperaturen zwischendurch vorbei, um die Wasserqualität, welche einwandfrei war, zu überprüfen. Die Villa liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe direkt in Carvoeiro. Der Ort selbst sowie Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos und dieser ist wirklich sehr freundlich und empathisch. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder in diesem tollen Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Unser Aufenthalt in Carvoeiro in dieser wunderschönen, perfekt angelegten und eingerichteten Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was soll man alles aufzählen… Es passt einfach alles. Die Villa ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Garten ein Traum. Alles sehr durchdacht ausgestattet bis hin zu Gloria, die an Wochentagen am Vormittag kommt und die Villa ständig reinigt. Wir haben uns rundum super betreut gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Traumhaus mit fantastischem Ausblick
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit unserem Erwachsenen Kindern in dieser perfekten Villa verbracht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Supermarkt und einige gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Das Haus war blitzblank, ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Grill im Außenbereich ist schön geschützt . Der Poolbereich liegt auch windgeschützt und hat uns dank der Poolheizung viele schöne Stunden beschert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Vermittlung vor Ort und Dank Gloria hatte man Hotelfeeling. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank für die Information rund um das Haus und die Umgebung mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.

WOW!!
I think the title says it all. This is a beautiful , well equipped , well managed property in a fantastic location. We ( two couples) stayed for 4 weeks in September 2022. We were joined for one week of our stay by another family member. The house and grounds are large and roomy. The bedrooms are all a good size , with lots of closet space. The showers , one in the master and another between the two bedrooms, have great pressure and lots of room. Kitchen is extremely well equipped , everything that you need to cook and eat. Good sized dining room and living room The house is very bright and airy. We usually had breakfast at the table outside the dining room. Sunrising over Carvoeiro, with village and ocean view. Dinner was either at the dining room table or at the interior courtyard by the bbq. Swimming pool was great. We did not have it heated but it stayed at a comfortable 26 degrees the whole time we were there. Lots of loungers and pool toys Lots of parking, it is a quiet house at the end of a cul de sac. A number of restaurants and a grocery store within a 3 minute walk from the house. We used the bbq a couple of times and it worked very well. I really cannot say enough about this property. Go There You Will Love It Thanks to Klaus for making our month in the Algarve a magic experience
